4This place was rude and discriminatory towards my sister who is handicap. She has cerebral palsy and doesn't move like normal, but she can be still with assistance.they REFUSED to provide her service and didn't bother to apologize or explain.they just looked at her and said nope! Shame on this place!

We started as their patients in Rancho Bernardo, followed them to 4S Ranch, and now drive all the way to City Heights to see Dr. Ngyuen. We live in Poway.
All staff was super friendly, patient, helpful, and kind. Doctor Nguyen gave me a solution to a problem I’ve had for weeks. He was thorough in his diagnosis and very knowledgeable.
Very rude assistants at the front desk. They never answer the phones. They argue with you. They never give proper information. But then if you have medi-cal why should they care right? Very bad customer service would not recommend this place to any one.
