Outstanding! Impeccable customer service and excellent arrangement. I often order floral arrangements (via online), only to find the arrangement not only looked NOTHING as advertised, but [much] smaller than anticipated. This was not the case with San Fernando Florist, the arrangement was not only more beautiful than advertised, but exceeded my expectations. There was one problem: There was an error in the delivery, I made a phone call and (I believe I spoke w/a gentleman by the name of Anthony) had my "Memory Garden" arrangement delivered within the hour! No excuses, no questions asked, he was very apologetic and understanding. I will definitely use San Fernando Florist again and again!

This flower order was for my daughter after a surgery. She loved them! It was fall colors and flowers which brightened up her home. Thank you Patti.

They also use a high quality wrapping and a ribbon. The fabrics are gorgeous and robust. They use special packaging for their flower bouquet to ensure the consistency of the delivery.

Very good florist! I have purchased arrangement from them twice [once for a funeral and once for a friend's birthday] and both times service and flowers were excellent!

I love their arrangements and bouquets! Everything is always so beautiful! I've only had ONE inconvenient experience where I ordered something online and the arrangement I got was not different from what was online. Nonetheless, it was still a beautiful arrangement and the recipient loved it. I was just bummed that some of the flowers and colors that were displayed online were not in the actual arrangement when it arrived. Other than that, this shop is amazing and I love that it's in my community!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer delivery services (there is a delivery fee). You can also let them know what your budget is and they'll make flower arrangements accordingly. Highly recommend!

This place has been my number one priority until today I scheduled a flower arrangement for my wife’s birthday a day before and for pick up at 1145 am I show up the place it’s closed as I was driving away the owner showed up I got so happy for nothing she got of the car and said I’m sorry we didn’t make the arrangement for you.so unprofessional I’ve trusted them for a long time and made me look bad for my wife’s birthday arrangement I showed up empty handed thanks to you guys I’m never coming back to spend my money here see u never

I found this florist as I was looking for someone local to San Fernando to deliver a sympathy bouquet in a certain time window. They were easy to work with and could make the timing and gave me a very fair price. I am super happy with what they came up with. Highly recommend them for flowers. Great and nice too!
