San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront, Burlingame CA

Comfortable chair, big glass windows, glass of wine, and the best view of failed and successful landings at SFO. Watching a plane that close almost land and take back off is exhilarating. Starbucks validates parking too.

I liked staff but didn't know, no room cleaning and I got one of the only rms with no refrigerator. Had to pay the same as if I did get all amedidies

Nice convenient place close to the airport. Our room was nice and quiet & we enjoyed our view of the bay & airplanes departing and arriving SFO.

A very organized Airport. Every space in the airport has a function. Many different restaurants and shops. All the areas of the airport were very clean.

It's a really nice hotel, I have it 4 starts because the fridge didn't work well at all. It's on the water front, simply beautiful.

Pool wasn't working so they compensated us a few more nights for free. I would stay there again. Pet friendly clean and wonderful staff.

The hospitality was extremely lacking. In reality the rooms are extremely average. The shtick is you get to spend your evening watching planes make their landings over the bay.that show is pretty cool.

Proximity and complimentary shuttle to the airport are the highlights of this Marriott. Mold in shower. Chair in room has visible white stains.

I spend too much time in hotels. This one is definitely middle of the road for Marriott properties. It's definitely not worth the "Marriott" premium in SFO. I have been in nicer Courtyards. The main benefits are location, decent view and the staff. The rooms are below current standards for Marriott. Do not spend 60k points on this place. You will regret it.

Stay was okay. Just the matter of getting help and was an epic fail I checked out today and I did an audit on the Chinese lady at the front desk her service was horrible no type of greet or how can I help just blaintly rude from the start. Need this lady off the front customer service desk.

Hotel facility is fine and the staff are helpful. But the ongoing limits on food and beverage operations is a real downer.

So I want to be fair to this location it's a decent hotel. My need was to be very close to the airport and yes, it's literally miles from SFO so that is perfect. The room was decent, hotel seems to be following a policy during Covid of sanitizing rooms prior to guest arrival; and no housekeeping unless requested. I asked to be relocated to a new room and the staff was very accommodating and honored my request. I gave the rating I did because the hotel itself is in need of a much needed face lift; and the surroundings aren't visually appealing aside from the view of the water in the back of the hotel.

This is a nice location right on the bay. You can go for a nice walk and watch the planes land. Great location for a 6am flight out of town with there shuttle service.

The rooms are clean and small. One of our rooms had a minor plumbing issue so the toilet wasn't flushing properly but we were only staying one night so didn't have time to give feedback to management. It was only a slight inconvenience. Service by front of house was excellent. Be prepared to pay $30 per night for parking. The best part about staying here is the trail by the ocean which is accessible from the back door of the hotel and from the parking lot. Starbucks was within the hotel and the barista made the best coffee. As for caramel flavor with your black coffee. You won't be disappointed. There are shuttles to the airport every 30 minutes which was extremely convenient.
