I hope you won't use Dell's services. I went there for the first time today, and I was so pleased that I hope he'll be as available to help me as well in the future. The experience was just phenomenal. And the price was terrific, too. Go elsewhere. Leave Dell to me!

These guys are great and have always been able to fix whatever I needed fixed. Honest and technically skilled.

The worst service, my keyboard still doesn't work, the audio output it was good and know doesn't work ether and must funny part is when they stole the video camera just in case! They doesn't give you a warranty and you get your computer with out battery cause like that you can't check if everything its fine!

I've been here twice now, the last time stan wasn't there, but two other guys were. At first I wondered if I was going to get the same great service and the answer was Yes. I was in and out within ten minutes and it didn't cost me a thing. Thanks again guys, to the whole team. You are all awesome!

I dumped a full 16 ounce glass of water on my Macbook Air, and the Apple Store told me it would be $750 min to fix. I found Cosmic Computer here, and saw all the great recommendations. Long and short of it, David there was fantastic, charged me $265 to dry it out and replace some damaged stuff, and I was good to go. I strongly recommend these guys. Honest and knowledgeable. David saved me.

Good work fixing a maddening intermittent connection to the power supply of my 6 year old laptop in a timely manner.

These are the nicest guys you will ever meet. They're so knowledgable and fair. Fast, too. It's a freakin pleasure to go there even when stressed out from computer problems, to be greeted by such nice humans. I can't say enough good things.

I was passing thru SF when my computer failed to boot. I phoned SF Computer Repair on Saturday morning, brought the laptop in after noon, and Del had wiped the hard drive of files, reloaded Windows, reloaded data, and had it back to me by 5 PM. Fair pricing, too. Wow, was I grateful for this quick and efficient service. Highly recommended!

Del is so great! He took my call pretty close to closing time and stayed to help me out with a swollen battery. He was very fast and explained things to me about my laptop. I even left a part in the office and traveled back to Salt Lake City. Del mailed it back to me! What great customer service! Would highly recommend.

Brought my Dell laptop back to life after I spilled a LOT of hot coffee on the keyboard. I couldn't believe it - I mean it was a lot of coffee! And not only that - I turned the computer back on! - needless to say - it did some frying. A+ work at a very fair price. Very VERY happy!

No other place in San Francisco has such excellent and timely service. Took my Lenovo Desktop to two different places (including the Lenovo authorize dealer) and neither place could resolve the repair issues. Took it to SF Computer Repair and had it working an in top shape in less than 24 hours!

Dropped computer off on friday stating that we needed to pick it up on saturday as we are leaving the country on sunday. Called again on Friday to say we would pick up the computer on saturday. On saturday store was closed and no one is answering the phone. No other way to contact the company.

Had 1 really stripped screw on my laptop and the person in the shop got it out without even having a proper equipment at that moment. This is the best computer shop I have been to in SF hands down.

Moved back to the Mission, and needed conveniently located new resources. Happily found great customer service and reasonable pricing here! Thanks Dell and John!

I had several phone conversations with this place confirming what time I would drop off my PC but when I arrived there was no answer at the door or the phone at 2pm on a Saturday. The "open" sign was lit up. Spent some time at the antique store across the street and they were still MIA when I came back 90 mins later. Apparently they don't mind losing business?
