I recently had the pleasure of working with Flo, and I must say she was incredibly informative, kind, and professional. Not only did she help me secure a loan, but she also provided me with valuable information on various products and assisted me in opening a bank account.

Flo's dedication to ensuring that I received the best possible service was truly commendable. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was well-informed and that my experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Overall, I highly recommend Flo to anyone in need of financial services. Her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly exceptional. Thank you, Flo, for your outstanding service

The teller-I'm so sorry I don't remember her name, but I think it started with a J-was able to fix a problem I'd been having with the second verification on log-in that two previous SFFCU employees had been unable to fix!

I am writing this complaint to let the management of San Francisco Federal Credit Union know that one of their employees was acting very unprofessional today. At the following banking branch in San Francisco, 4800 Mission street. When my mother and I entered the bank and asked to open an account for my mother, the employee told us there are not accepting any walk-ins at this time, but the bank was not busy at all, nor were there any signs posted stating that we needed to make an appointment. The bank employee glanced at my mother like she was not a customer and that he wasn't going to waste his time to assist my mother. So I told my mother to wait and that I would close my account with this bank because it's not correct for you or anyone to be ignored & to be humiliated by the bank employee. As I waited for the other bank teller to assist me in closing my account, the other rude employee changed his attitude. However, I still felt uncomfortable dealing with him because of how he acted against my mother. Finally, he raised his voice and told me he would help me close my account; I replied, "I'm not going to give you my information because I don't trust you. " He began to laugh at me in front of the few customers in the bank, and the other bank teller witnessed everything. I requested information on how to file a complaint, yet I never got anything but was informed that someone would call me from the main branch so that I could file my complaint. Once my account was closed, and I collected my money, the rude employee looked at me with an evil stare, so I ignored it and walked out to avoid confrontation. I couldn't get the employee's name, so I eventually attempted to call the main branch to file a complaint.
The bank employee's denial of financial services, including banking, to my mother is considered discrimination because of how your employee picks and choices who he wants to help or not help. In addition, black and brown customers entering this bank are viewed as suspicious, which is a severe issue. I do believe that financial & banking discrimination is illegal in the State of California. Disparate treatment is prejudice or a conscious intention to discriminate against a person beyond the difference in the treatment itself. Therefore, my mother and I request that the bank take action against the employee at the 4800 Mission bank branch.
