I’ve been taking care of my Aunt who has had a double lung transplant and it is now rejecting, meaning her lungs are no longer working and she is now 100% dependent on oxygen tanks and sometimes it causes her to have trouble talking. Carmen (the woman who answered the phone) was dismissive, and rude and not kind at all! My Aunt has been a loyal long term customer of San Francisco Floral so to witness and hear the lack of empathy and customer service coming from Carman, it was heartbreaking and disgusting! I am a health care worker, bartender, and I own a business so Customer service is important to me and it should be to everyone, being a decent human and giving kindness is even more critical in the world we live in. Very disappointed in the service we received from Carmen, I can only pray she learns from this and will have more empathy going forward! Good bless!

Really love their bouquets, but the customer service was terrible last time I called. I’m not one to rant over this stuff, but it was a bit unprofessional.

My favorite go-to place for flowers. Always fresh, full, and last a long time. I have never been disappointed and I know I’m getting my money’s worth. I can 100% rely on San Francisco Floral to deliver the most beautiful flowers for any occasion.

I have came here for the past 3 years and have always had excellent service and beautiful flowers. Twice I have called with short notice for a corsage and butoniere and they were able too help me. They also have excellent prices.

I have used this place for years.
This is the first time I did not get the arrangement I paid for.
I am not happy with the arrangement I finally got after 2 tries to fix it.
