San Francisco Marriott Fisherman's Wharf

I never put reviews in all my hotel stays, but what happened during our stay in this hotel is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The room was so noisy; however, the one thing that pushed me to write a review is the horrible, unpleasant, and lack of manners that the front desk (Carmen) had done to us!
She’s a rude-an ill-mannered lady! The company should have not hired or put someone like her in the front desk. She treated us like she’s doing a favor to us rather than showing what customer service is like. This is during our check in btw.
Luckily during out check out it was Lily who had helped us out. Very kind and helpful.

We know that things are different during the pandemic, so we adjusted our expectations. The room was clean, and everyone was wearing masks properly. Overall, the stay was good, with a few small details that were annoying. The restaurant was fully closed, so there was not even an option for room service. There are lots of food options close, but NONE on-site (at least in March 2021). The clock in the room was about 15 minutes slow, and there was no intuitive way to fix the time. The hand sanitizer pump at the main entrance was empty for a solid day, but each time i went to tell the front desk, they were busy or on the phone. Overall, good stay, but a little room for improvement. Would stay again.:)

I don't like the parking space. Its on the other side of the hotel and there are small.

Not as shown on website. Small rooms, long walks to your room. Water isn’t again Le at the front and you’ll park across the street if you arrive in the evening.

Super irritated. I Booked this room because King Gavin Pelosi reopened California but The gym is closed. I wouldn’t have booked here if I’d of known. They also indicate “free WiFi” which is a lie too. It’s $13.00 per day. I’ll never stay here again. The rooms are less than clean as well. What a dump.

Very little wait staff we had to park our own car and pack our bags up to our room no breakfast and almost full price

The staff helps me with my things to put it in my room. He never hesitates to help me when He saw me struggling. The dining area was spacious. The lounge bar serves good mixed drinks as well. The most important was I felt relaxed the whole week stayed at this hotel. Recommended!

Me and Fiancé stayed there for a little one day getaway and it was a very much pleasant experience. Easy to book/check in as well as checking out. Parking is an extra fee just a heads up and not complementary. Staff was nothing but friendly and inviting and just overall welcoming. Just a couple blocks from Fisherman's Warf and just a 20 minute drive away from the Golden Gate Bridge. Would totally recommend for anyone trying to get the touristy spots on their checklist.
