Thought cracks in my stucco wall was causing flooding, so I called up multiple companies to get quotes. San Francisco Stucco Contractors was the only ones to point out and prove that the flooding wasn't just caused by the stucco, but a gap in my foundation. So they fixed that too, and I've had to verified by a third party experts.
They were also really honest in their contract writing. They specified the purpose of the job in the contract, as opposed to the specifying the work they are going to do. Therefor if issues arise, I know they will help fix it even after the initial work is done. Can't say enough good things.
