Security guards here are every name in the book. This young guy thinks he can be rude when there’s an emergency with my 90yr old grandmother. I understand there are rules but if you hate your job so much do something about it.

Absolutely terrible first impression of this hospital. The gentleman at the check in was ok. But, the young lady at registration would be the worst healthcare staff I ever experienced. She probably believes herself is an angel, but she actually make people sick.

My husband was transported by ambulance he was seen. In the er. The staff was very attentive to all of his needs he got exceptional nurse care from Sheerie️I couldn't Thank her enough they made sure he got something to eat after a couple of hours in the er. All the Drs were great and so was the staff from all the other departments! They released my husband after a few hours with great resources for his condition! GREAT ER ️

When a sudden health concern looms over your baby’s well being, your immediate instinct is to take them to the ER, believing your child would be attended right away. Unfortunately, here at San Gabriel hospital it was not the case. I painfully waited for 30+ minutes until we finally had a nurse check my baby. The reason for said delay” was on being ‘very busy’ with other patients. I understand that there are others too, however, when you come directly to the ER it’s due to an emergency that has surge. I wholeheartedly believe that if there is a rising health concern in regards to your baby, then it would be of priority for the hospital to attend such emergency. It’s extremely frustrating being in a situation like this and then seeing from the news, how thieves are better taken care of when injured and even, safely escorted to the hospital. Overall, I wished my child would have been attended immediately or at minimal, checked by a nurse as we came in rather than wait for 30+ minutes.

Don't come here if you don't have insurance and value your life. My fiance is CURRENTLY being seen here allegedly a doctor here reached out to a specialist for a procedure and the specialist said he can not do it because she does not have insurance which is illegal. It is a developing ongoing issue I am trying to help her with. They told her that she needed to go to a County Hospital i.e. One that deals with a majority of people who are uninsured (from my understanding). They can say it is not an emergency procedure that they only need to do whatever stabilizes her or whatever bull excuse they want to come up with. If this happened to any of your loved ones i know you would be just as outraged as me, so hear my warning do not come here if you do not have insurance or at least know how to defend yourself from these people who claim to do their jobs for the people, regardless if they do or don't do it for the people, that is what you can expect to receive here
****Update they did everything possible to help my wife, did the test they should have done, gave us medicine, we are discharging her from this terrible hospital. Great medical care though very attentive.

Third baby I deliver here and I can honestly say the service is great. As a mom it's important to feel comfortable when you deliver your baby and while recovering this hospital always delivers just that. I want to give a HUGE shout out to My nurse Millie who helped me during my stay on postpartum. Words can not explain how grateful I am of her and her team Benny and John chiang my ob who helped bring my baby girl into this world I'm just beyond grateful! Lydia the director is always checking in on us as well making sure everything was being taken care of and no complaints here! Can't forget Liz down on labor and delivery and I wish I remember the nurse who helped me prepare for my baby to arrive as well! Thank you all so much! I leave tomorrow and it is bitter sweet I will miss mellie so much she is so wonderful! Thank you mellie for EVERYTHING! You can tell you love what you do your so passionate to help and inform us mommies and including daddies hubby and I are grateful. Wish I can name everyone because everyone was great!

Everyone is nice and the nurses are professional. My wife was here for 4 days and she got very kind care. The food in this hospital they provided are also good, they have a lot of choices. The nurse will come quickly when we call them. Also the environment is beautiful and wonderful here.

My husband, David had the bariatric surgery on Aug 31. He received excellent care from the surgery to the nursing staff. Deanne from the fourth floor helped us by calling the pharmacy to locate the pain medication I had hard time filled. Unice also did great making sure my husband was comfortable and showed compassion. Thank you for all the wonderful care you've given my husband.

Dora Cruz this is the best CNA that my wife has ever had she took very good care of her. She is extremely friendly. I was concerned about leaving my wife but after seeing my wife and the way Dora looked after her I felt much better. She represents your hospital in a very professional and compassionate manner. I would highly recommend your hospital.

My mom was inpatient for several days here & although many of the nurses and CNA’s were nice.the social workers and doc in charge of her care was a joke. I would get a call saying “she’s being discharge tomorrow, can you come at 1: 30? ” So I would rearrange things and then get on the road (an hour drive) then get a call “oh she’s not getting out till tomorrow.or next Monday” this went on for several days. When she finally DID get out, I asked if all her belongings were ready and they said yes of course.and her meds had been sent to the pharmacy near her home.so I drove her home. The problem didn’t start until she wanted to stop to get some money at the ATM and we realized her atm card, senior ID, social security card, Medicare card, house keys (on lanyard) etc were gone from her purse. We called them and asked and they claimed they didn’t have them so we paid a huge “lock out fee” and re-key fee to her apartment complex.not to mention the fact that oh yeah - the doctor NEVER E SENT HER PRESCRIPTION SO NOW SHE HAS NO MEDS! I wouldn’t send my cat here!

Worse experience ever.nurses where very polite and nice.
Your hospital lacks of providing certain essentials after birth.
No breast pumps, no breast pads.
Beside that I went through a horrible experience because your lab people made a huge mistake that affected my whole family.

Dora was very helpful and kind she had patience with me and showed me how to properly produce my breast milk and not only that but she made sure that if I needed help with anything or had questions about anything to just ask her and she would help.
