Professional staff. Check-in was smooth. Wait time was reasonable. Very busy facility. I would tell my friends to go there. I would return.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They got me in and completed expeditiously and answered all of my questions. They helped me to feel less anxious and stressed about my upcoming surgery. I appreciate them all!

Over all my family has been happy with this location, until my recent ultrasound of my kidneys. The first report did not give the size of the cysts that were being checked on. I asked for an addendum and there were errors made on the report. First stating I had 2 cysts on one kidney and none on the right. Then on the same report it says I have one on the right with no size listed. It's also listed as being a totally different kind of cyst. Do NOT trust Gita Varaprasathan to read your ultrasound. She read it both times and made the reaped errors. My family no longer go to this location because of these repeated errors.

Staff was very friendly and hard working. Dispite a large crowd the day we came they were very efficienct and friendly.

Such a comfortable environment. My MRI tech was so nice and concerned about my wellbeing. I was also relieved it was not a full tube MRI. So grateful. Thank you

Came in for a CT scan on my lungs, And they got me right in and was finished within 20 minutes. Very nice people as well.

The staff is wonderful and caring. However, I don’t know whether they are understaffed or overbooked, but my appointment was at 6: 15 PM and it was about two hours before I was seen. Other people in the waiting room, some in pain from sitting, had been there a long time. One person I talk to said he had been to a different facility for the same company and it was a three hour wait. Given a choice, I would choose a different company.

Went for my first mammogram. It was fast, easy any painless. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Technician was very sweet and gentle. Facility was clean. Would recommend.

GOT IN AN OUT FAST & EASY. DID ALL THE PAPERWORK BEFORE THRU A TEXT LINK. I CHOOSE AN EARLY EVENING APPOINTMENT AND THERE WAS ONLY A FIVE MINUTE WAIT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. IT'S A TOP NOTCH PLACE. THE LINES ARE LONG SOMETIMES. THEY ALSO GO BY THE NAME OF BEVERLY IMAGINING BUT IT'S SAN JACINTO IMAGIN/RADNET. I'M
VERY HAPPY.

Well they use to be ok but now I had a ct scane opponent was supposed to be Stat that was 3 weeks ago every time I showed for my appointment they could find that I had a appointment they said it was canceled the first time they didn't know why so they rescheduled a second time and the morning of my appointment they canceled again now we are on week 3 and this is Stat so the 3rd time I made the Appointment they text me saying I didn't get my blood work done with no one said anything about a blood test I had gotten one frome my Dr 3 days prior to my appointment but said that wasn't the right so I had to make a appointment for the 4th time and now I got to reschedule after my blood test so much for Stat idiot

I went in to make an appointment and the ladies at the front fixed up with my appointment and gave me all the paperwork so I could fill it out at home so when i came back just to check in and the wait was only about 10 minutes.
They were all Awesome

They advertise walk-ins and have a walk-in window so I arrived on a Thursday afternoon for routine X-rays to be told that that type of X-ray couldn’t be done until at least Monday, so I return on Monday afternoon to be told that I would now need to make an appointment, so I made an appointment for 6: 00pm the following Monday. I showed up 20 minutes early to get called in 65 minutes late. I waited until 7: 05 to get 6 X-Rays that took less than 5 minutes. I have never missed Kaiser more than tonight! Honestly, the worst X-ray facility I’ve ever been to, I will probably switch back to Kaiser where it’s all done at one visit and no run-around! Sorry, just being honest!
