Excellent customer service! The owner is super friendly as well as the remaining of his staff. They’re super knowledgeable! It helped my husband and I when we shopped for our bikes about 3 weeks ago. We had 0 knowledge about bikes but they were so helpful and made it super easy to pick a bike. We are here again for my sons bike and again EXCELLENT customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

I had to wait in line for about 10-15 minutes but I guess it’s because of COVID. The service to the client is supper good. I just wish they had a bigger place with more options of color of bikes. But I’m in love with my bikes. THANK YOU!

Had to wait for over 30 mins just to find out that they didn't have bike for my kids size. The wait was longer due to covid, and I may change my rating on my next visit. The staff were nice and polite. The shop is very small. But it's packed with lots of bikes.

Super friendly and proactive staff! I placed two orders because I forgot something in the first order and the staff called me to make sure it was intentional. The in-store pickup was seamless and fast! I had to cancel an order so I emailed them and they were super quick to take care of it!

It was a great place to go and I had a question to ask here for you guys paint bikes because I want my bike to be a different color also is their a chemical or something to remove scratches off my bike I don’t like to have a lot of scratches.
