Nice and quiet rooms, overall clean and good customer service. The parking is super annoying, they share parking with 3 or 4 business and each has his designated space closed from the regular traffic. Also my shower had blackwater, after flushing the toilet the first time, after that didn't happen again, this is the 20th floor? ! I see other reviews were this is something that happens.

Fantastic! I loved the hospitality and kindness of everyone who works there. Fantastic views of San Jose from 23rd floor too. The pool is also something cool.

No continental breakfast. No coffee in the lobby. There is coffee in the room but isn't very good and the cup leaked.

The pool is fine, 3.5 ft deep all around. Cool that it's on the roof. Hot tub closed as of 6/6

Arrived and tenant in front was helpful, he opened the doors to the hotel for us! Check in was a breeze and parking was $25. They actually use the convention centers parking lot. Just a tip if you stay here park on the second floor by the green pillars to walk across to the hotel, this will help you avoid taking the stairs or elevator! Pool is on the third floor with a view of the city sky line. The fitness center is state of the art and has a view of the pool. If you like street hot dogs with bacon there's a stand across from the convention center entrance. Room was comfortable and relaxing! Only problem I experienced was the plumbing, the sink flooded on me! Also make sure you grab onto the shower bar when you step into the shower, this will prevent you from sliding and experiencing a hard fall. The tub has a curve to it which makes it very slippery. I had two close calls, my son got the worst of it and slammed his head on the rub corner! So be cautious taking a shower!

As part of the trip, my friend and I stayed at this hotel, and we were very pleased with it. The room was enormous, with a colossal, spacious bed in the middle. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub. Breakfast is fantastic! The customer received excellent treatment!

This establishment has mediocre rooms with uncomfortable mattresses. They have nice new TV's with the new internet capabilities however at a hotel the mattress must come first. The m club lounge had a fantastic location but nothing outstanding for food. The pricing is always fluctuating. Also- my room smelled like weed on the first night. Not the best start.

Alison has been great, very helpful, made us feel welcome.seeing that we hav a great stay. She made it so that I Was able to get the room that I preferred. The hotel itself, Very clean and sanitary feel. Don't hav any fear of covid staying here. Thanx Alison we will be back.

The safest way to go! Both my frustrations are gone now! Thanks to this place for the kind support. It was a relief on my side to remain in this glamorous hotel. Their wonderful and affordable service has been highly recommended! It was a wonderful feeling for me for the first time. I'm sure I'll come here!

Can never go wrong w/ Marriott.
My room was on the 25th fl, eastern view, north is the best. Room size is decent but cld desperately use renovating. Hotel is smack in the middle of downtown and connected to the convention center, underground parking is available w/a on prem Starbucks, non franchised. The room I was in cost 32k point or $125. Pandemic price.unfortunately it was like a ghost town.
Limited food menu, premixed cocktails and tab beer, no room service.

Bring your own beer and water or pay $11 bucks for 16 ozer. Parking is $20 bucks pre CV-19 is double.

Absolutely no amenities available, payed extra for “city view” to look at freeway ramps. They charged me a pet fee because my friend came up to my room with her dog to pick me up for dinner. Will not be staying here ever again.

The hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Woman who checked me in was kind. Pet fee is a little pricey and non refundable. Parking costs as well.

The rooms are comfortable, the conference areas were very nice, and staff were very attentive. Easy access to restaurants and transportation

It was a great hotel with awesome amenities and friendly staff. I stay here for a couple of days, and I greatly enjoyed the facilities in your hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. Besides, the staff entertained me properly and nicely from the very beginning up until the last. I honestly have fun with my vacation at your hotel. It was satisfying!

Great vibe among the staff. Very impressed. I was very impressed with this company. His prices were very fair. I really appreciated his online payment system. He made sure that all of the details were covered before the event.

The hotel on the rooms are extremely nice. Not out of line by any means. If you want to be right downtown it's a great place to stay. But with covert going on parking was a major hassle. As I don't have valet currently. I was in for business over the weekend and parking was the only problem I had.

I was fascinated with the service I received from the staff of this hotel. I also had a great time staying here. I will surely recommend this place to all of my friends. Great service!
