I hate it when I have to pay for plumbing repairs. Never again. The plumbing service I recently hired will be the last one I ever use. Donald was an absolute savior when I needed an emergency water heater.

All the praise in the world isn't enough. Over the past few months, I've been quite pleased with the San Jose Plumbing crew's efforts on my behalf. They have been very helpful as we renovate a large house; they have come out on the same day multiple times, arrived when they said they would, charged me a fair price, and completed a long list of tasks, including installing a new kitchen sink with disposal and unclogging a toilet line, an outdoor drain line, and a shower drain in the second floor.

It was also helpful that the repairman I spoke with, spoke English. Lamont didn't take any breaks till the job was done. He stayed for us to fill the new water heater before leaving to make sure it was functioning properly and was set to the temperature we preferred. He also scheduled a time 6 months from now to come out and empty the water heater to show me how and get rid of any sediment that may have built up. Since I encountered San Jose Plumbing, I have refused to use any other plumbing service. In a word: THANK YOU!

Backwater was getting into my home because of a clog in my main drain. My appointment was originally scheduled for 11-1, but when I explained why it was important, they moved it to the "urgent" slot. We were fortunate to have Lamont as the company's spokesperson. He finished the job quickly, handled himself professionally, and stuck to his original quote for the cost of the service. He gave me a lot of useful information that I can use to prevent the same issue with my toilet from occurring again.

He removed the old tube from the fridge and replaced it with a new one. The plumber came in and quickly diagnosed the problem with the water refrigeration tubing and fixed it. He did extra work without being asked to. The position has met and beyond my expectations. Not only did he know his stuff, but he was also incredibly nice, patient, and forthright.

We had an emergency on a Sunday, and I didn't hold out much hope for a quick response, particularly on a weekend. Two plumbers from San Jose Plumbing arrived at our home within forty minutes. They estimated arriving between 12 p.m. And 3 p.m, but they arrived even earlier than that. They discovered a foreign object in our mainline and were able to remove it. A cutting instrument was left in the mainline of our brand-new home, so it was only a matter of time before we encountered issues. I cannot express how impressed I was with their work. The two were cordial, swift, exhaustive, and effective. Highly recommended!
