San Leandro Plaza reviews
20Cute downtown San Leandro plaza expressed some unique East Bay culture it's residents can be proud to share.
I always like shopping at the stores in the Plaza. I moved recently, but will return To shop and visit.
The parking is a mess. People dont know how to drive. Multiple people hanging around the plaza and sipping out of a paperbag. Security and traffic are both sketch. I often fear for my safety coming here. Maybe it sounds a bit exaggerative to some but I can say with certainty that I do not feel safe coming here like I used to.
I love Old Town San Leandro. Convenient & Nice. I walk a lot around the city & Enjoy seeing the expression of the community in everyday life.
Used to have lots stores that I like but due to covid-19 restrictions lots of smaller business no longer there.
Hmm.it looks torn up for a lack of a better phrase. Some store fronts are vacant others are boarded up.more homeless ppl I noticed are around there now.very bummy.hopefully it will get a facelift soon.
Very busy, parking lot traffic was chaotic. Drivers all jockeying for position and not allowing others to turn or merged on the line. Service at CVS was very; check out was fast even though I was ninth in line.
Close To Home, So Many Restaurants, Then Safeway And CVS, Couldn't Be Better Unless It Had A Dog Park.
There are numerous food types there from breakfast to lunch or dinner and nutritional drinks from I tea and food from mexican food to korean japan and other asian deliet to french sweets to 31 baskenrobins ice cream and get your clothes clean at the same time or your hair cut plus framers market every wed during the spring throughout to winter when it closes fun fun and across indian food and a place for children and adults alike can learn martial arts to defend themselves or to protect love ones
Nice place to go eat at no lordering nobody out there begging you for money and stuff like that clean
There's a little of everything here from Banks to nail shops to grocery stores too fast food restaurants. Nice environment with outdoor seating areas and water fountains
Safeway needs an all around upgrade on everything except customer service. Their cooked food area wasn't fresh and unclean.
Went to the cigarettes shop there and saved money.the cigarette smoker shop on 65th ave was charging me $90.00 & there shop only charge me $75.00 for pall Mall menthol in the white box.
This area is (apparently) not for the faint of heart. Keep your wits about you and a firm grip on your belongings - I haven't been mugged or anything, but I don't feel entirely safe walking about even in daylight. Perhaps because I had been warned by someone else. I like the Beauty Center well enough to hazard the plaza; also like the GNC.
The plaza has a variety of eateries and stores that made it a one stop shop. You can run most of your errands without having to leave the parking lot. A must see feature of the plaza is the interactive musical bench installation, located near the Tapioca Express.
Simple, and consistantly clean. Not too flashy and just a parking area large enough for everyone. Pokemon Go players will be around at night so drive safe.
Sad. Is not what it used to be. All the cute shops they used to have are gone. I was disappointed.
Subway here at the San Leandro Plaza DOES NOT HONOR.a FREE FRESH FIT for KIDS MEAL certificate.according to the MANAGER Amit. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THAT SUBWAY EVER AGAIN.
I only come here during off hours, otherwise you will be driving around for 15 minutes looking for a spot. There are way too many stores and restaurants for how little parking is available. The area is ghetto as well but it's downtown san leandro in 2018 so you should expect that. They do have great places to eat so that's a plus!
