The two saleswomen were extremely unhelpful. I asked about three different styles and they didn’t bother coming out from behind the counter, the both of them were just chatting and seemingly uninterested in their jobs.

Went in with my girlfriend to look around and came back after we ate the hours posted said open till 8 but they were closed and the doors were locked at 550pm.multiple people after us tried to enter as well. Not a smart move on Black Friday weekend.

Had a store credit from returning 2 swimsuits. All the stores were closed except a pop-up in Huntington Beach and the Fashion Island store. Wanted dresses for my credit since all the suits are thongs. (wish they'd change that!). Found 2 absolutely adorable dresses! The girl working the day I was there so so nice! So are the Huntington Beach ladies. Wore both dresses out this weekend and had people stopping me on the street asking where I found them. Only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is their return policy and the fact they don't have swimsuits that cover a little more bum. Fine in Brazil. With most women in the US, not so fine. Little more than I wanted to show once I got home with my suits and got a good look with a 2nd mirror. Will definitely be back to check out more dresses as they get new merch in.

The worker with blonde hair and a really deep voice accused my friend and i of shop lifting. (keep in mind we are minors) she then proceeded to check our bags without permission and insisted we stole.displeased to say the least.i could sue.

Before purchasing they need to expressly point out the return policy. Who wants to be stuck with a credit from there? Will never return.

As a follow up to this horrible experience, the credit doesn’t even work online. Worst store ever! Customer service atrocious as well. Avoid at all costs! So many other better bikini stores in the area.
