San Marcos Chiropractic

Two weeks ago I hurt my back. I couldn't walk without help and felt totally incapacitated. Everyone I talked to said it'd take about 6 weeks to start feeling better. I went to see Dr Tim and I am doing amazingly! In just two weeks I'm walking without my brace and am off any pain meds and muscle relaxers! I came to Dr Tim because I was having upper back pain that made it hard to sleep at night. I spoke to him about 1-2 herniated discs in my neck that had been causing me severe neck pain for over 10 years. I had lost all hope that anyone could possibly help: I had tried PT, other chiropractors, spoken to neck surgeons, and no one had been able to improve my symptoms. Driving, standing, walking, cooking were all huge triggers. From the first session Dr Tim was very cautiously optimistic about it, even through my skepticism, and immediately had a course of action in mind with adjustment, a special neck tool and very easy exercises. Long story short - within a couple of months of seeing him not only was my upper back pain gone (related to the herniated discs) but my 10+ years of neck pain was GONE. I have not had an episode in months now, something that has NEVER happened before. I never would have guessed this was even possible. He absolutely restored my quality of life and gave me so much hope in the process. Thank you Dr Tim!
