A month after filing tax, called several times my husband and myself and requested to have PDF of our tax for sensitive issue. No cares and no receiving by email. Even after talking to Jackelyn. No respect to the customers even if you were their clients for many years.

I have trusted Jacquelyn to prepare my taxes. She provides me with a date to have my tax return material to her; she contacts me with clarifying questions, then has my return prepared for review on the date she has promised. A great working relationship.
