Incredibly impressed with the young people working for the City at the San Ramon pool on Broadmoor. I had a question this evening while they were working and spoke with a young man named Tyler who was incredibly accommodating and kind. Everyone of the employees were wearing masks, social distancing, polite, and professional. So proud of our younger generation! You give me hope.

Thus is nice spot for the family to come to. Lots of pools and space. We came right when it opened and it was super nice. The Olympic pool was nice to do laps in. The lap lanes get crowded though. They dont let groups over 10 without a 2 week notice and resveration

This is a great family aquatic park. It has a slide, diving boards, a large pool, lanes for lap swimming and a play area for small children. It's only $5 to get in, unless your kids want to do the inflatable obstacle course, which costs $3 per child. It's a ton of fun on a hot day.

My kids love this place. I've never tried weekends but weekdays are not crowded. There are not many options but for 5$ you cant expect anything better.

Generally excellent kiddie pool area for our 4 year old. She had a blast and lifeguards were attentive and professional. However, she and her friends received several abrasions on the bottom of their feet from the rough surface of the pool bottom. We wish we would have known this in advance. Would recommend pool shoes for this one.

The lifeguards work hard and keep everything safe and running smoothly, everyone is nice, and it's just overall a great experience for your whole family.

The San Ramon aquatic center is a great place to swim in the summer. It features a water slide, Olympic sized pool, kid pool with a water playground, inflatable obstacle course, 3 foot diving board and 10 foot diving board. The only cons are that the slide on the kid's playground and the vending machines are both broken.

Super fun place to swim during the summer. The inflatable obstacle course is my children’s favorite part of this place. It’s such a huge place and they have lifeguards all over.

Excellent place to take a family to cool down on a hot day. They've got three pools including a fantastic kids pool full of water structures for the kid's to explore. Our 5 year old absolutely loved it and never got bored. There was a separate lap pool for those focused on exercise and an Olympic size pool with diving boards, boun ce house, and a large water slide. There were plenty of life guards to keep order and the place was very clean. For $5 per person, it's an incredible deal on a hot day

I have nothing to complain about this park. I have been bringing my oldest daughter here for 6 years. Never gets old. The play structure shoots out water from all directions. And the kids pool in the same area is from 0ft to 2ft. Perfect for my toddler. There are two other pools. One for the floaties to just chill in and for the older kids to swim, then there is the other pool with the obstacle course and big slide. This center is a great local water park for all ages.

The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of the price. It used to be $4 per person. Now it is $5. Given the open hours and what the center has to offer, I think it should be less. They don't sell food or drinks here. You need to pack snacks.or plan to have a lunch picnic on the grass. Unless you don't mind junky snacks and drinks from the vending machine.
We usually camp on the grass with our small tent and picnic blankets. It's a nice spot to come back to to have a snack break.

This place is usually open for only 4 hours. If you want to get enough play time in, and avoid the trouble of finding parking, I suggest coming right when they open - 1230pm-430pm on weekends. I am not familiar with weekday hours. I do know they open the play structure one hour earlier on weekdays so the babies can play before the bigger kids come.

Came here for a bday party like a month ago. AWESOME. I swam so many laps. The waterside is the best part. Went on it like 4 times. My brother loved it. I really didn't want to leave.

This will be my third summer going to this pool. It’s clean and well supervised. There is an inflatable obstacle course by the diving boards that they added last summer. It’s 3$ a person to use it for the day. I would not recommend it if you aren’t confident about swimming in the 9 foot pool in case you fall. Some people fall close to the beginning, so depending on how good of a swimmer you are, it can get tiring of swimming all the way to the end. They have a pretty good sized little kid’s area that works for infants to about 10. There is a slide within that area, but their ru, e is that if the child can’t go down alone, they can’t go. They just don’t want multiple people on it. Parents can wait at the bottom if they want. Usually by about 3, kids will be able to go alone. There is also a regular sized, blue, tube slide that shoots you into 4 1/2 feet of water. There are also 4 diving boards, two low, two high. 1 of each size is closed for public swim hours so they don’t have to monitor so much, but lines move fast so don’t hesitate to wait the few minutes. Sometimes the ground gets a little blistery when you’re just standing there, but usually a life guard will come around with a big 5 gallon bucket of water and dump it all over everyone’s feet. They have a good 8 or so lap swim lanes. However, the down side with that is that swimmers under 13 are required to have a supervisor, so for those under 13 that love lap swimming, sorry, you’ll need someone that’s at least 16 with you. I think a better way to deal with that would be to make the unsupervised minimum 10 or maybe even 12 but to tell a swimmer that they need to get a supervisor if they get too rowdy in there. A lot of preteens are very mature and won’t mess around like that. It’s perfectly understandable that others will be immature in that sense, but I still think that the age limit should be lowered. They have a small recreation pool, 4 1/2 feet deep, so talker people like me can’t swim as well, partly because of the depth, but also because of the crowding. The reason for the crowding is that they had a much p, much bigger recreation pool that got to 6 1/2 feet deep, but this summer it’s closed for reasons unknown. I am very unhappy about that. I used to spend hours in there. It was my favorite part of the center, but apparently, they decided to close it. There is probably some good reason for it, but still, nonetheless, I think it’s pretty ridiculous and I sincerely hope that changes. They can afford to keep it closed, but for people like me, it’s definitely a big bummer! That’s the reason why I’m only giving 4 stars. I don’t know if the pool management realizes this but, it’s causing a big unhappy affect. I have talked to many other visitors asking why it’s closed. No one knows, but they all seem equally or more upset about it. I really hope this changes. If possible, a reply to this would be wonderful. Altogether, a great facility and I would recommend it for the whole family. You can also have picnics or parties there. You are allowed to bring your own food inside, so no worries about that. They have kick boards that you can borrow there, so don’t bring your own. Just go up the top of the stairs to the tent they have set up there and ask for one. If you can’t find it, simply ask one of the lifeguards around. The staff is very polite there. They explain rules and things very clearly. There are also shower and lockers rooms. They close 20 minutes after the pool. I usually leave the pool 10 minutes early so I can ensure I have time to finish showering and dressing before they close it. There’s also this amazing swim suit dryer that makes your swimsuit 95% dry! It’s definitely a great, unique place. I think everybody that goes will have a blast, though of course I’m still serious about being very disappointed concerning the larger recreation pool.

Great place for families with young children. The kiddie pool is great - it's gated with lifeguards onsite. The pool is shallow at most 2 ft. In the center there is a water slide.

Nice clean place. We came here for a swim meet and the facilities was in tip top shape. The shower facilities was warm with plenty of hot water, and the pools were nice and clean. Compared to others, this facility has ample parking (warning, don't park on the side streets, it's a permit parking only there and the residents will let you know if you try).

Great place to take the kids in the summer. There is a toddler pool with spraying play structure. For the big kids, two diving boards, a covered water slide and obstacle course (for a nominal additional fee). Save time by buying your tickets online before you go.

Very nice outdoor pool. We went at 12: 30 on a Saturday and there were many open lanes for lap swimming.

The Lifegaurds were so helpful when I needed them and so welcoming and friendly. As a lifeguard myself I can learn from them and how kind they are. Wonderful environment and people to have lifeguarding at swim meets!:)
