1My three year old daughter was referred here by her doctor. They called me on Monday last minute offering two appointments dates, one was for the next day Tuesday, and the other for today- Wednesday. I took the Wednesday one for a little bit more time. I live in Oakland and drove to San Ramon, got stuck in traffic and a accident on the freeway to barely make it on time for 9 am. When I got there I checked in with the receptionist, I told them I wasn't able to complete paperwork questionnaire. Upon handing me the paperwork to complete she reiterated that I should've been there 30 minutes before appointment time to complete the paperwork. The forms that were given to me didn't take less than 10 minutes to fill out. We waited 20 minutes before they called our names. Only to be led in the back that she wouldn't be able to get services from them because she's receiving speech therapy at her school one day a week. Totally waste of time.
