Absolutely fantastic service. Reliable and easy to deal with. Package arrived without problem. Friendly delivery guy.give him a raise.

This place is great. It has a nice big parking lot with handicap parking in the front. The staff is friendly fast and efficient. They keep the bathroom clean.

Only visit here if you have pre-printed labels and are dropping off or picking up! Otherwise, you can also visit one of the other UPS shipping partners.

The physical space and parking lot are great, but my service experience has been horrible. Today I was returning something shipped to me by UPS recently, and the lady at the counter cut open my carefully packaged box without even seeking my permission, took one of the box items and disappeared inside, and then got on a call with customer service to verify what I had said. When I told her repeatedly where in the box she could find the info, the answer was 'I don't see it! '

I found this behavior offensive, rude and disrespectful. I quickly requested her to return my item and shipped the box through USPS. Why would she assume that I would agree to having my box cut open or that I would wait while her officious curiosity was whetted by someone on the phone? UPS is not the only shipper in town.

Customer service is great for packages. Fuel pumps are very limited for CNG.employees are very rude and pushy when trying to fuel your vehicle.

On the app I put pickup I want to get it this morning and got told it’s on a truck for delivery today the lady was helpful but you would think the truck driver would look at it and put it aside for me to go get at the customer service pick up place I wouldn’t ever use the app for ups since it doesn’t even work correctly

Polite staff, they had an actual human call me with updates and my package was there when it was supposed to be. Great service.

I love of working for the ups and light being the driver helper I like being a package handler and sorting out the packages

Don't ship here, they won't notify and there systems are slow, by the time you get updated they will have shipped everything back.also very crappy customer service, typical ups.
