Their serivces are really fast. I put in a service request the day before and Omar service technician came in the next day. Found my air conditioning issue issue right away and now I don't have to sit in the heat lol. I should've just asked earlier instead of waiting on it. Super fast fix.

It always a risk going to the pool here especially one by leasing offices.first of all i always get sick when i go into this pool (im 22 and know not to swallow water ofc). I went last weekend with my family and all the kids got an ear infection and had fever and bad coughs.jacuzzi has the same dirt stuffed in the corners.second i’ve noticed many people that don’t live here take over the whole damn place.it sad to see that i can’t even barbecue my own food because random ppl are being let in and stingy.the pool needs to be clean more often i’ve seen a lot of kids eat and puke in the water it’s gross

After 13 years at San Remo I am still happy here, they have done a lot of remodeling with the apartments and the pools, everything looks great. The service here still as good and Jaime from the service department always does a complete job, Thank you, medi

Omar's technical service was perfect. He came on time and very quickly fixed the place that was bothering me. He is very professional and very polite.

Pools are both closed at the same time for maintenance. Was told when we moved in that we would have access to other adjacent communities facilities, which not seems not to be the case. Avoid San Remo like the plague.

Living here for about 6 years. This is very good place for kids with the close distance to the parks around. Service team folks are great here and Omar and Jaime are great professionals and I always happy to see them when I need to fix something!

I would like to compliment Jacqueline Millan the assistant community manager at San Mateo- San Remo- San Leon, for going above and beyond in giving outstanding customer service at the Irvine Apartments. In all my years of living in the San Leon apartments I have never met someone with as much compassion that Jacqueline has. She goes out of her way to be sure that everyone is happy living at the Irvine communities. Please thank Jacqueline for me for all that she does.

I've been here for three years, working on my fourth. Lovely landscaping, strong controls over community interactions, well-maintained amenities, especially in the pool areas, central air, Google Fiber, friendly, quiet neighbors. I like the maintenance staff. Today I requested some help and Omar came by. He fixed my microwave and my dishawasher. He arrived perhaps one hour after I submitted the work order. The other guys are very helpful and courteous, as well. The worst part? The cockroaches. I use roach traps and boric acid roach tablets, and these two combined seem to control the bugs. It's really been a blessing to have the opportunity to spend some of my years on Earth here at San Remo Villa. I'm very thankful for my place.

Overall good experience. Maintenance is always very responsive, and will help with any issues! Shout out to Omar and Jamie!

Omar and Yovany did a great job, fixing the kitchen light, very professional gentlemen, it didn’t take that long, I’m happy with their quick service.

I just have to tell you about Ramiro Alva beautiful person doing super good job around the apartments in san remo specially on the laundry mat and around the cleaning on the pool excellent job and excellent service and professional thank you Ramiro I really appreciate it so much keeping are community clean and beautiful

I have lived at San Remo for 3 years and have enjoyed my stay here. The office staff are very kind. The community’s business center is very beneficial to me.
