Doctors as well as staff need to be more professional instead of giving attitude cant even ask a staff member anything without them replying rudely

There is only one phone number for the whole place and there is nobody to answer it; you can never schedule by phone and/or ask a question because they never answer

San Ysidro Health Care center is the worst place to work at, their call center from the manager to the representatives there’s nothing but jealousy and envy especially when you know your work and you constantly get compliments from patients and doctors. San Ysidro healthcare doesn’t care about patients especially if patients are on important medications and they need their medications so San Ysidro healthcare delays their medications without regard. San Ysidro healthcare doesn’t care they only want $$$

Most unprofessional staff i’ve ever dealt with.told the doctor my weight over the phone (it’s lower than normal) but he made rude and unprofessional remarks about it and can’t ever remember to get me referrals.no one answers the phone.doctors MISS your appointments.worst facility i’ve ever been in they do not care about you.

It seems they don’t answer the phone been trying to get appointment for over a week. So I went to Pharmacy to get my medication’s and they can’t get a hold of Dr.

Worst pediatrician service ever, they do not care at all. Doctors, nurses and personal do not have an idea of customer service very unprofessional I am surprised that they exist

Went to do a Lab for my kid and the lady was supper mead and disrespectful to my child which suffer from phobia. Instead of de-escalate the situation she was making it worse. Horrible service in laboratories. They should hire young people with more patience, more energy and willing to help people specially with kids.

Ridiculous. I waited a month for a check up and I have to wait another 2 months for blood work! Worst service ever.

I have had great care here and if they can't fix you they send you to someone who can.

They never answer, and i have to call many times and wait for along time
for them to answer. Just terrible place.
