3Too unprofessional. They require you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, which I have no problem with, but they cancel your appointments while you are already there at the clinic. It has some doctors that in my appointments that I have gone to have no experience. I can mention one by one. It is useless, at least this clinic in Chula Vista is useless. For this reason I am changing my clinic myself and my children. Your service is very poor.
They will racial profile you they will judge you and laugh they're not professional they're just people putting on a uniform going to work billing your insurance for more than they do for you? All you have to do is ask them for a copy of the bill they sent to your insurance and you will catch them and all their lies
The service is terrible, they make you wait too long and the receptionists are not friendly. I had to wait 3 hours for my son to be served. I do not recommend this place at all, very bad attention to the patient who comes sick
