Just go to a different place. This is the worst everything.
Open late, closing early.
They NEVER answer phone calls
Horrible staff
Save yourself money and stress, go to a different place.

Even though they recently changed their schedule on weekends, (9.00 am to 3.00 pm), it is the second time I stop by 2.40-2.45 pm and the facility is already closed. They should clarify their schedule or this means the customer service skills they have are very poor.
