Sanamluang Cafe reviews
16Ordered the Garlic Pepper Beef with fried eggs over rice and a Papaya salad. Tastes amazing as always. One of my favorite thai restaurants in LA.
If you're looking for a place to eat after a night of drinking then look no further, Sanamluang is the place to be. This is my go-to spot when I'm craving Thai food. There is an abundant amount of choices ranging from soups, curry, rice plates, and so on. Parking might be a hassle during weekends so be prepared for that. But the food is worth it!
Always good & reliable authentic thai food in hollywood.hopefully they will continue to offer after hours place to eat once we're done with the pandemic.can this place receive an "institution" status in hollywood already?
Really good! The portions are just right. Service was quick, parking can be tricky but that's the par for the whole area. It's worth a trip for sure.
I don't have good experience here. I don’t recommend this place. Lots of flies. The restroom smells very bad. The environment is not clean. Customer service is very bad.
I'll be honest, it didn't seem professional at all. The food was overall good, the place seems very old and run down. There are flies flying around too. Me. And my family waited nearly an hour just to get our dish. I wouldn't recommend it 100%.
I love the place my only suggestion is that they should take care of the place a bit more, looks old and dirt! Food is great and staff very kind.
A great place for some yummy Thai food. They have a good selection of soups with a variety of noodles you can add to them. You used to be able to get a small bowl for a small price but i believe they took that away.: (Just the larger size now. I definitely recommend the Sanamluang noodle soup and the Jade Noodles which is usually on their specials of the day menu. The staff is really nice even when they are slammed which is most of the time!
Thoroughly enjoy this place. Love their thai tea. Their flat noodles are fantastic. We tried the pad kee mao, and it was spicy, yet flavorful and balanced, with lots of herbs and aromatics. I would encourage people to try dishes here that are unfamiliar to them!
The quality of their food are getting less as time goes by. I'v ed been a customer of this restaurant for 30 years now. I remember how the lines goes around the corner and there was no parking anywhere. Those were the days.its ok to raise the price but keep the same servings and the same taste.
One of my favorite spots in town for Thai comfort foods and late night after-work eats. Delicious soups and good servings for the money.
Quite a busy place and parking might be a challenge but worth the wait. Authentic Thai cuisine with an extensive list of menu items.
Definitely recommend calling in to pickup an order if you're passing by the area.
AHHHHH I FELL IN LOVE IN THIS PLACE! First of all the server who served us was REALLY NICE! She was thoughtful and always come to check by and made sure that we have everything we need. I ordered the Spicy beef ramen and WOW- I didn't expect that it will be a large bowl (lol). I had a hard time finishing it but it was realllly delicious! My family also enjoyed the food that they have ordered! The Panang was reallyyyy good! I can't describe their foods in words but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We would be very likely to drop by again if we have the time.
Always a great meal at a fantastic price. We drive from Burbank weekly for our authentic Thai fix! Free valet parking. Please tip them. They deserve it! The best!
The food was delicious but the establishment has very little, if any respect for black people. It pains me to say this but I've given them more then enough time to change my mind (I've been a customer of theirs for 8yrs) and have yet to see a change in their attitudes, so I may have to find a new Thai spot that appreciates me as a loyal customer. Just being honest.
