Two years ago, I was good going here. But I did notice last year the person who did my paper work just looked me up printed and made me sign only. Nothing explained. I hope they don’t raise their prices to their existing customers as there is no struggle to start all over and I drive extremely far to come to this Tax service place! Let’s see coming Feb

If only Florence and Myra worked there then it would be 5 stars but they have a couple workers there that don't care and jus tell you to sign and that's it. They don't even try and get you more money or help you in any way that will benefit you on your tax return. I went somewhere else to do them after I had already done them at Sanchez services and was able to get an extra $2000 and I wasn't charged at all. Went back to who did my taxes at Sanchez services and all she said was good luck and that she wouldn't be able to give me my money back. Florence and Myra amazing

I've been filing my taxes with the help of Florence for over 10yrs and she's always been beyond helpful! I don't see myself ever going somewhere else. Truly pleased with her services
