I got steak taco n shrimp taco both salty. Bartender service was awful she look like she was hight
I would NOT recommend this place

We came for a quick dinner on Sunday night and had a really great experience. The staff are super friendly and had great menu suggestions. They also had vegan options and could clearly explain modifications for any order. I also appreciated the bar and beer selection. The food came out quickly and was super filling for the price. I’ll definitely be back.

Had the fried fish taco and the surf n turf tacos and ohmygosh so flavor! Food was delicious, atmosphere was casual, overall amazing lunch spot right down the st from the beach!

Great food, large menu, vegan options. Would be 5 stars if they had drink specials or happy hour.

Waited 40 minutes. They lost our order. Had to pull up my bank statement even though we paid and tipped. No ice in soda machine. I don’t leave bad reviews unless it is bad. This location needs help

My wife and two kids and I have had a lot of Mexican food over the years. This place is amazing and unique compared to other Mexican Food. Highly recommend and worth the wait if there is a line.

What a delicious batch of tacos. Flounder pounder, delicious. Surf and turf, delicious. If you're in the mood for tacos, try these! I highly recommend.

We had the good fortune to have Desiree wait on us at the bar. She was very personable and efficient. The drinks were good and my shrimp burrito was delicious. Interesting visually with food orders out of a repurposed, highly decorated minibus.

Such unique atmosphere! The food was excellent and the service was fast. The portions are HUGE! Be prepared to share.

The atmosphere, people, restaurant, food, area, drinks- all of it! Sooooooo amazing! One of our favs and absolute must stops every single time we're in the area!

We came here on a Saturday night and it was chaotic! However, once we ordered and found a seat, it was much better. We tried a variety of tacos, all which were delicious. The decor is really cool and so is the atmosphere. The employees were nice enough, but they seemed stressed, so they were super short with us. We would still recommend this place though! Get ice cream afterwards at Handel's!

Love this place! We usally visit the San Clemente one and love this spot is close to home. The service is awesome and the food is so good. My favorite is the Skrimp Carnal, which is the beer battered shrimp. Highly recommend!

*10/15/23 update Can't wait to go back here. The food is so good and drove m service great.

We were visiting from AZ and this spot did not disappoint. We ate breakfast burritos here two days in a row because they were so good! Great atmosphere and service was great too

Took the kids after a fun day on the beach! Sancho’s never disappoints… we had a series of burritos and a few tacos.a tad irritated how much the prices have gone up recently… but it’s hard to judge a California company for that… they are taxed so high and are constantly nailed with fees from the state…

Love el federal tacos, basically a carnitas taco but super tasty, as Arnold would say I ‘ll be back!
