Sands Motel, San Jose CA

Haven't ever rented here but it is a hole in the wall kind of place for sure!

Out of the 15 or so Hotels I have stayed in over the last three months the Sands Hotel is by my favorite! It's Safe, Quiet, comfortable and Inexpensive, all that And a good night SLEEP.

Dirty and undecent motel to stay for a night night. Motel does not refund money in any type of emergency and customer service can be considered garbage with owner's requiring signatures on blank papers. I highly advise to not rely on this location for resting. Prices are off the charts and not comparable to any hotels.

The lady running the place is very rude, the room is super small, they must not have a maintenance person the TV wouldn't turn on, the toilet wasn't secured to the ground I almost fell off, bed was old and uncomfortable, way over priced, and generally shady
