14Had not visited this place and probably 20 years. Genuinely not much has changed including the old sign boards that have the yellow tint of the mid '80s. Handcrafted sandwiches and you know what you're going to get.
I've never had a bad lunch at this place! The sandwiches are enormous! And the couple that run it are awesome!
The service is great, the owners are very friendly, and the Californian is our favorite to share for a quick lunch
Delicious ripe avocado, thick cut cheese slices, friendly service and cozy space. Couldn’t ask for more.
So good! Must have cash. Best chili I’ve had in years unless I made it. Sweet guy and the place has been here since 1980’s. I just moved to Redding and kept looking for the best. This is one of them! Turkey and cheese with avocado and both lettuce and sprouts. All the stuff I love.
Never knew this hidden gem was in Redding. Top quality meats, clean establishment, great ownership since the 1980's, friendly laid back husband/wife run the place, lots of cool stuff to look at. A half of sandwich was more filling than a foot long at Subway!
A bit pricey but well worth it. The owners Rock! Try the homemade Oatmeal Raison cookies, The Best! Be sure to meet the baker if you can. Great experience. Get there before 2PM.
Not only is the sandwich top notch but the customer service is the best I have EVER had. So friendly, affordable, and yummy!
More than a sandwich shop. Lots of collections of planes and stories about WWII. It is a museum that sells sandwiches.
I don't live in Redding anymore but I stop in whenever I visit. This place makes amazing sandwiches. I have been coming here for years and will hopefully continue to do so.
Randomly found this place to lunch and it did not disappoint! I got a Club San, and it was delish! Huge, but managed to still eat the whole thing! Will definitely be back if ever in the area again!
Just what I was looking for. Friendly service & delicious sandwiches. I will definitely be going there again next time I pass through downtown.
The food was great, prices reasonable, and service was exceptional. These are the kind of people you want to give your business to.
Owner was extremely nice and the Club sandwich was incredibly fresh and delicious. 10/10 would recommend!
