Sandy’s furniture has great customer service. Called the store at 7: 30 at night with some questions and spoke with Steve. Steve answered all of my questions and even helped me when I walked into the store at 7: 56 right before the store closed. He didn’t rush me or brush off any additional questions I had. Very knowledgeable and a great salesman. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases.

Visited this store few months ago, clean location, but the worker named steve was very rude and arrogant. Owner was friendly and helpful, but maybe should educate employees in customer service.

I was looking for a dining room set with a specific style and I'm so glad that I walked into Sandy's Furniture. The store was very clean and spacious and showcased many different styles of couches, bed sets, dining room sets, tables, rugs, chairs, etc. This place literally has everything that you're looking for! Even though they didn't have the dining room set that I was looking for on the floor, the owner directed me to the kiosk at the front to browse my options and even presented me with different catalogs because they carry so many different brands and so many different styles and I was able to find exactly what I wanted and ordered it within an instant. This was super helpful because not many furniture stores give you this option, they just tell you that whatever they have in store is all they sell. The owner also went on to explain to me what to look for when looking for good quality furniture and wasn't just trying to sell me anything which I appreciated. The owner and his staff are very kind, friendly and helpful individuals and they're really knowledgeable about what they're selling and are very fair with pricing. I really loved my experience coming here for the first time and I'm very happy that I stumbled upon it. I walked out of Sandy's Furniture with a new dining room set and new knowledge of furniture. I will definitely be coming back again and would recommend that whoever stumbles across this review would go and see for themselves!

Beautiful ivory sectional. We live in a Condo so not enough space for 6 pieces, this fits perfectly. It came in 7 days not 10. Came earlier than expected but we were ready. The guys had great attitudes & were polite. They took all the trash with them. Great job. Will recommend to all.

I moved from Michigan last month to Montclair CA. I got into a apartment and I needed a Futon. I looked and research all over. I happen to go down central avenue and seen a big frontage that said Furniture! As I pulled in it said Sandy's Furniture. A gentalman name William helped me find exactly was I was looking for. So happy with my purchase from Sandy’s furniture. Their customer service is amazing! Everything arrived in a timely manner and I’m just obsessed over my new furniture. I completed my bedroom with the bed pictured, night stands, lamps and rug. I also pitched a gradenza for my space in between my kitchen and family room. Super happy with my purchase!
