My wife and I have been coming here since 2019. Best customer service, very attentive with there customers and they always make sure that there customers are welcomed and satisfied with what they are looking for. Highly recommended place if you are looking for a self storage for a reasonable price.

Great place to store your own stuff. The only problem is that they keep upping their prices.

Dont like it there ppl hang out in there box like there living there. Rip off high in price.

The employees on site are always nice, my issue is with the random price hike. With no notification, our monthly bill (after being there for 3 years) just increased. I fully understand economics and the concept of rent increases, but what really upsets me is the lack of communication when doing so. If you’re trying to budget, be sure to inquire about their possible surprise price increases before signing up.

Do Not rent from this business! I have only been a customer for 2 years and they have raised the rates twice already! They just want new customers so they can charge more for your existing unit.

Update, I have been waiting now for over a month requesting to speak to a manager about why my rates are being raised. 5 calls and still not getting return calls. Poor management!

Unbelievable. Only 5 months since my last rate increase and they are raising the rates again! Stay away from this company.

These folks are great, rates are reasonable, and they're always cheerfully willing to help with any problem. Highly recommended.

Very easily found. Has excellent prices. The manager was friendly and was eager to help me. I hadn't ever attached my own car dolly before. She came out and had the dolly ready and in a very easily accessed pick up point. She gladly showed me how to attache it and hook up my lights to it. I was late bringing it back yet due to an accident I stopped to help the people involved and there wasn't a problem. I would use their service again even though it's about 24 miles away it was worth the drive. Very satisfied with their equipment and service. Did I mention it was same day service. Had to move a vehicle in a few hours and they had the dolly ready and waiting. Great personal service.

New management is the worst! Very rude and won't hesitate to lock you in the gate with absolutely NO WAY OUT after 7pm. Mona was way better and very friendly to everyone!

DO NOT rent here. I have been a customer for several years and I will be vacating my units. The rent prices keep going up and without notice. I usually paid with cash but I did use my credit card once or twice. They kept my credit card number and started charging my card without my permission. I had to close my account and get new cards. They will harass you and call you several times a day. I had to block the number because they kept calling me at work. Take my advice and go some where else. They are crooks!
