Jacque is great. I did not need help with my hearing (yet), just some custom fitted earplugs to protect my ears when surfing. She did a great job and made 100% sure that I was happy with everything.which I am. I totally recommend her.

Very thorough exam. Could not be more pleased with the programming done on my hearing aids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Perhaps the word "WHAT? " will disappear from my vocabulary. I think I will make sure to have an appointment once every year to fine tune my hearing. Thanks Jacqui.
Jacqui Wiley is a terrific audiologist, takes plenty of time with you to make sure your hearing is as good as possible. No hard sell; if you don't need hearing aides, she tells you so. If you do, she'll make sure you get the best fit for you. She carries all brands and is beholden to none. Too much rock n roll in your younger days? Go see Jacqui!
They are knowledgeable and provide wonderful customer service both before and after the purchase. I highly recommend them.
