Awful experience with service here. Went in to get my air conditioner fixed and after dropping off the car was called to come pick it back up because they didn’t have the right parts to perform the service. A day later I got a call that the parts had come in and I could drop the car off next day for service. After dropping off the car, I never received any communications (although Jim told me he tried to call) that they actually didn’t receive one of the two parts needed to fix the air conditioner. After complete frustration, I went back a fourth time to pick up my unserviced car. It makes no sense that I was told the parts had arrived, but no one actually checked to see with their own eyes if they came. I will be taking all future services to another Honda.
Terrible service, will do anything to rip you off. Bonnie is very nice and apologized while they were running my credit card. Didn't really help with the issue, but she was nice about it.
Worked us in on short notice to test and ultimately replace our battery a day before we were supposed to leave on a cross country trip. Carlos was very helpful.
I've only been in once with my relatively new car, for a fuel pump recall. The scheduling went well and my experience with Bonnie at intake was fine. The car was ready sooner than expected!
Bad customer service. Stained my mats and after letting Abel know about the situation he did not own up to his mistake and was extremely rude.

Shady mechanic practices that relies on taking advantage of customers. STAY AWAY if you are trying to have maintenance work done, they will rip you off.

Always have a great experience when coming here. Bonnie was a tremendous help in explaining everything I needed for my car, as well as what they did to it afterwards. She gave me a low quick quote and they finished in a few hours! She gave me all the information regarding the free shuttle service and I had a hassle free pickup. Bonnie and her team in service rock! She gave me useful information, was accommodating of my schedule and finished servicing my car earlier than anticipated. On top of that, she is efficient and fun to work with. I have often have avoided working directly with a dealer, but because of Bonnie, with my Honda, I prefer it.

I gived them one star because there's no 0! This people are rude, they treat you like you're stealing from them, when in fact.they're the ones doing it. My car is barely a year old, under warranty and something got "disconnected" according to them.and they wanted me to pay. I was told next time I need to take my car to be repair, to take it somewhere else.
I have a free oil change because I had such a bad experience the first time I can into Santa Barbara Honda and was trying to give them another chance. I call to schedule an appointment and even though they say they are open until 6PM, the woman on the phone told me that all the technicians leave before 5 so I would not be able to get my car serviced after about 2pm. I work 8-5 and am unable to bring my car in the middle of the day and assumed since they were open until 6 that I could make something work. Not only was she not helpful but anyone else I have had contact with there has been extremely rude and unaccommodating. Will not be bringing my car back there.
