Santa Barbara Parasail

Excellent service. We were not able to parasail on a Saturday due to bad weather. They were able to reschedule for the next day and we enjoyed a lot. They gave us free sunset cruise since it was our wedding day as well. Very kind gesture from them

Great experience with these guys. Fast and efficient. My 7 year old daughter had a blast and our 4 year old loved the boat ride. Very peaceful and relaxing.

No flexibility. They refused to give us a refund or move dates after being stranded on Channel Islands. Due to the weather, ferries were canceled the day we were supposed to be picked up from the islands. We physically could not make it to the parasailing appointment, but after calling and explaining the situation, they refused to help in any way. Not to mention, when asked if they were still running parasailing with the horrible weather, they replied yes. If it was unsafe for ferries to run, why would it be safe to go parasailing?

Thank you Dave and Luke for an absolutely amazing experience. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Santa Barbara Parasail to anyone wanting the experience of a lifetime.

It was an amazing the boat crew was very professional Luke did a very good job with instructions all these pictures were taken from my phone the GoPro was not charged little bummed about that but to give me a full refund and very respectful

The time i shared with dave and luke is a memory that will forever be with me, it brought great fun and excitement to the day, i would definitely recommend it to someone who enjoys being out on the water.it was very beautiful to see the water from above.
