I worked with Peter and he was very helpful with all my questions. He helped me work out a trip to South East Asia, suggesting options, making airline recommendations, getting travel insurance and more. I'll definitely call him again next time I'm planning a trip.

I'm a new client with SB Travel using their services to purchase an airline ticket to Europe. The agent found a round trip ticket with a very minimal layover and when my flight home was canceled, she immediately contacted me and booked a new flight for the following day not forgetting my special meal request. I will definitely use again and look forward to my next trip.

At first these folks seem really nice and helpful but when asking for a quote, more information or regarding any questions what so ever they will not get back to you at all.very unprofessional.would not recommend that you waist your time here.

I called at the beginning of January to book air tickets for three different countries we are planning to travel this year and two tours. Mi priority was to get the best deals possible. It’s March and they have not yet booked the first flight. The prices are rising. I have already gone to the agency twice and they tell me that they are going to do it but they don’t. They neither answer the emails.

The friendly atmosphere at Santa Barbara Travel Bureau is noticeable as soon as you walk in the door. The agents are outgoing and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong if you book your vacation here!
