Fire alarm went off a couple of times late at night.
Everyone evacuated for a false alarm. Otherwise. Meh.

Beautiful place. Confusing to navigate. The bar/restaurant was full of bros from conventions, which was a bummer. Front desk service was great. I love the order from room and pick up service for food.

I was there for a science fiction convention, BayCon, and the rooms were suited for the events I attended, the staff made sure there were places for my power chair and ramps to access the stage when necessary, something not a given for disabled panelists like me. Everyone on staff was nice and engaged with the attending members including going overboard to help a friend of mine keep her book launch within budget. Food was a little pricey, but they provided cafeteria options at a reasonable cost.

Solid Marriott Hotel. Newly updated. Lobby bar has decent food. Room air conditioners though are old and super loud. Staff is great as well

Beautiful and clean hotel, stayed for work purposes and was very happy during my time away from home.

I like this hotel. I stayed here for business. The room was spacious and clean. Service is overall OK. Housekeeping did a great job turning the room into a brand-new one. The bathroom is clean. The bar has decent food and drinks. It is super close to the San Jose Airport, which is a huge plus. The only downside is it can be a bit expensive to stay. Nonetheless, I will come back for business or leisure.

The supervision at Bosc & Bartlett restaurant is horrible. I was waiting for someone to take my dinner order, and no one showed up. I went to the front desk, and it turned out the waiter was the bartender. Why in the world at a huge hotel would they be short staffed? The next evening, I waited again, and the only available person was the bartender. I don't blame it on him. I blame the lack of service to management. I won't be back. Prefer Holiday Inn Express who include a complimentary breakfast with a lot to choose from versus Marriott's complimentary breakfast only for their elite members. Talk about a bad first impression.

It's a nice hotel to stay at in Silicon Valley. It's close to the Santa Clara Convention Center and Levi's Stadium.

This hotel is lovely and conference facilities are excellent. My only complaint was the food, it was absolutely horrible.

Very good location but a bit old and needs a proper renovation! The breakfast was ok as part of lounge access as Marriott member. I had two major incidents there but they were both resolved later and I was offered points.

Wifi is $15 a day unless you sign up for a Marriott account. The sign up process is filled with errors and problems.

My ground floor room had a large window that looked directly at a beige wall. Occasionally dumpsters would roll past. The room is modern but poorly put together. For example, loose screws are visible in a number of places. The walls are very thin and you can hear quite a bit of noise from your neighbors. You can hear all of the sounds from the hallway perfectly, including word for word conversations.

The hotel is located in a sea of highways and parking lots. There is nothing close by to walk to. If you are staying here, it is almost certainly for work.

Ok place. I didn’t realize that being in the tech center doesn’t mean you can find a EV charger.

I booked to stay in this hotel for 3 weeks. When checking in the staff said the hotel will lower the cost of parking from 30 dollars to 15 dollars because I’m staying for a long period of time. However on the following week they charged me 30 dollars and said it was 30 since the beginning and there are no policies to lower the parking. I also rented a tesla as the hotel stated that there’s electric charger but they always closed the station for an event which it’s really hard for me to deal with charging my car. There was also a case of three high school kids banging at our door at 1am playing the banging door game. We called the security but no one came we couldn’t get a sleep at all that night due the the kid banging on our door. We report the case to the hotel but the hotel didn’t do anything. One of the worst experience staying here. Krit one of the staff also have a really bad attitude.

Nice property! Clean new renovated rooms. Stayed in the main tower. Shirley in the M Club was great. She took care of service issue at breakfast. Will return.

The room was very nice. Things were very pricey. But it was a great place to get away for the weekend.

Great stay! The bed and pillows were comfortable; the room was clean. My only issue was that the original room I was given was right next to the electrical room, and there was a constant humming noise. Fortunately, I was able to change to a different room, but I mention it here so that others know about this. My other issue is that the room I stayed in had an adjoining door. With this type of room, you can hear a lot of noise from next door, especially if the people talk a lot. Other than this, it was a good stay. Great location if you are going to the amusement park, Great America.

Went for a game convention. There was plenty of room for all the activities. The restaurants on site, including grab and go options, seemed a bit over priced for what you get. The few issues we had were quickly and easily resolved. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful.
