3 My wife will always fill out her application (I 821) to renew her TPS- in 2021 I spoke to request help for a travel permit and they didn't want to help me and that speaks to me, they sent me to other lawyers outside that place even He told me that they no longer did paperwork, I got frustrated.
It's not like before. Those who were there before were very kind and answered any question, now only the machine answers

Completed renewal documents with them and was told they would send off my application after it is reviewed by the lawyer. I called a month later to confirm my documents were mailed in, however, I had to call daily for 14 days in a row until I got a response. I also got a new attorney, who helped me reach out for a response. After almost 2 months, I was told my documents hadn't been mailed out yet although the deadline was approaching. I was never warned it would take them weeks to mail out my documents and was under the impression they would send them out asap since they were time sensitive and made them aware of this. This whole process was made so much stressful by “getting support” from this program. Never coming back here nor recommending it to others.
