I've gone once but I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a good threading place! Although it is pricey, I will say it is definitely worth the money. The woman that helped me was so welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. She listen to what I wanted and didn't start working until she knew what I like. I didn't break out - I don't have sensitive skin, but if they are too rough then I will have at least some mild irritation - so that's always a plus! I made a reservation over the phone but I was told they have an app as well! (I went pre-covid)

Vanessa is excellent at her job and good company. Fast and painless waxing and always clean and professional. Love coming to Santa Cruz Thread for all my waxing and I always recommend Vanessa.
