Good food but the cashiers leave a lot to talk about, they are very shocking, they think they are very bad for the business, many of the food and bread are very good people and the butchers too

The worst place to buy chicharrón con carne, the meat comes out super cooked as if it has been reheated many times and is like a crystallized stone, it crumbles like glass when you bite into it and the part of the happy chicharrón seems to be missing so much that it is difficult to bite. They should hire someone who knows how to make pork rinds with meat. My afternoon was ruined, I had to go get some shrimp at Safeway. Zero stars.

Great selection of food but the cashiers always have an attitude. I went in 11-01-23 around 5pm to buy some chicken as I headed to check out the cashier did not greet or say a single word to me while side eyeing me as if I had unconvinced her. I forgot my wallet in the car and asked her kindly if she would but my singular item aside will I went to get my wallet in the car.she gives me a nasty look which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Once I had my wallet I proceed to go back in line to wait my turn again at the checkout which I didn't mind since it was my fault for forgetting my wallet but as I checked out with her a second time she rolled her eyes and still proceeded to say nothing to me.such a disappointment from a store that has great variety.

Very bad customer service. We bought Toy candy and then 5 seconds we decide we don't want it anymore. They refuse to return it back. They said it is Store policy not to return Candies once purchased. What a bad experience. I will never visit this store again. They don't care about their customers. I don't recommend this store.

Concha was good coffee was good m. Trying to get help with my food sucked. The girl at the counter is not very helpful. Very rude to non Spanish speaking people.
A better attitude would be nice. The only girl speaking English ended up being disrespectful too. What the

Horrible services! I went to get tres leches yesterday around 6: 30 and I got strawberries and chocolate. The strawberry was good but the chocolate one was dry as Arizona desert. I called today to complain and the lady that answered the phone told me to be transfer with the manager: who never answered and then I called back and the same lady answer and told me I will transfer you with the supervisor: who never answered. I called back and the same lady answered the phone. I told her that she have already transfer me and nothing happened. I knew it was the same lady answering the phone all the time and she pretends that she never did it. After I tried to call a couple time the call never went through. Obviously they leaved the phone hanging up. Rude and poor costumer service.

Went there last week for the chicharrones. We were so excited! All the salsas and pico de gallo were really good.
But the chicharrones taste like they had been there for a week. They were all hard as rock and the meat that was on there turned into sawdust in your mouth.
We went back today chicharrones look the same. Skipped those. Ask for a large menudo. AWFUL! I've never had menudo with zero hominy and zero flavor. Even after adding all the condiments that came with it flavorless.
And the lady there didn't look very happy with us. The fake smile she was trying to pull off wasn't going so well.

Went today with my girlfriend ordered a horchata drink, it was too thick. Then I tasted it, it was thick you could feel it in your throat. We told the lady, she said with a attitude we can't change it because you sampled it. We didn't want to trade it for another drink nor did we want our money back. The lady kept talking behind our backs as if were trying to pull a fast one. She had a bad attitude and poor customer service. She gives the store a bad reputation. She needs more customers service training.

Be careful when you order from the hot food they will overcharge you. Make sure you check your receipt. My family has been over charged multiple times. Rice is dry maybe they should add some chicken broth.
