Your tech was one of the finest! He was quick and kept you informed at all times on the repairs he was performing.

The tech who went to my house "repaired my refrigerator" He said that everything was ok and fixed and working okay, two or three hour later the temperature inside the refrigerator still at ambient temperature. In other words the unit was never fixed, i call several time to the company and there were no answered. I this point i do not know what to think about this company. The only thing that i am sure is they are really good to charge and get paid for the repairs that are not right.

I called at 9: 30 am Saturday morning my fridge had gone out! Jose was here by 10: 30 am he was early. Diagnosed and fixed the issue had the part on hand. He also showed me the issue and explained everything to me! I will definitely use them again!

Made an appointment with their office and no one ever showed up, no one called or followed up with me. Wasted my days waiting around for this Company. Wouldn’t recommend them.

I'm very satisfied with the service technician that came out to fix my washer, Jose Gomez, i really appreciate his sincerity and prompt attention to fixing my washer's issue. I would highly recommend him!

Same as stated by others. He came out said he diagnosed and patched up so we can use it. Jose said he would be back there next day with the part and he never came. They stopped taking my calls! Too bad I didn’t read reviews beforehand … they are fraudulent

They came out and diagnosed my refrigerator very promptly then said that I needed to go into the shop for additional service which I agreed they delayed setting up an appointment to take it into the shop on the day they finally agreed several days later they did not show up after two hours they seem to of blocked my phone call and just hung up on me.
