Santa Maria Area Transit

I don't know why they chose to change all the bus routes and now none of the busses have the same routes schedule or stops. The change has been very hard on me as a disabled autistic. I can't ride the bus anymore because they are all changed, they treat me like I'm dumb if I ask about it and just give me a book of maps that don't even include all the stops. They have not updated the routes on maps, instead they tell you to download a new app called tripshot that they say has the new routes but that app doesn't even work, just a blank white screen and won't load anything. I have missed out on a lot of things now including important appointments, struggle to get groceries from the store and such, because I can no longer depend on the bus like I used to.
