Santa Maria Ford reviews
16We bought a Mustang Mach-E about 6 weeks ago. Wow! What a great car. We worked with Ivan at the dealership through the whole process from test drive to deposit until now. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He continues to be a support for us with our car! Hat's off to the dealership too. Very transparent and no pressure. Got to chat with one of the partners twice and learned about their big plans going forward for electric vehicles and related infrastructure and services. Great experience overall. Easy to recommend Ivan and the team!
Great dealership! Worked with Jesse, and we bought a new expedition. Very honest, transparent, and a pleasure to do business with. Will definitely be buying all my vehicles here moving forward. Appreciate the family atmosphere and hospitality.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I am horrified and outraged. I brought my car in for two issues. They told me it would take about two hours. Nearly two hours later I was told the two issues needed to be addressed. I knew this. That’s why I brought the car in. They told me issue one was $300 and the other was over $500. I could wait another hour for issue one to be done. I would need to schedule issue two, since the parts were not in stock. I couldn’t spare the extra hour. When I was checked out, they charged me $170. For diagnostics? !? Just to tell me what I drove on the lot already knowing? Yes, I understand the technicians must be paid. The service gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional. But $170? I have been cheated. I am angry and will never return to SM Ford. Never.
Had great experience with the santa maria ford team, they keep me in the loop with my little car. I really appreciate everything they do.
Terrible customer service. Why not treat the client if the client is the one who pays. And keep you informed of what is happening with your car. That's not what a valued customer like me expects.
Always AMAZING customer service and also Patrick in service is always so very helpful. We have bought several vehicles over the years for personal and business use. Grateful customer!
Best customer service I have received in a very very long time! I’ve owned A LOT of fords, and will be back. They fixed it right the first time. No surprises on my invoice, and they delivered the car back to my driveway without batting an eye! Love the service, and will be back! My ST should be here soon! They’re my preferred dealership and I’m a tough one to impress!
I love my trucks. This is my third F series. In fact, I have owned an F350, F150 and now the F250. Santa Maria Ford serviced the F150 and now services my F250.
I have had great experiences with their service team and my wife appreciates their large parking area by their service center.
Daniel and the entire team were very informative, proactive and transparent throughout the purchasing process. I found them professional, curteous, and efficient.
My husband stopped in to get a copy made of our ignition key. There is no chip in the key, no fob, nothing. He is quoted $23 and told to come back in an hour. He returns an hour later and is told he owes $75. Confused, my husband reminds the associate of the $23 he was initially quoted and is told THAT is tge price of the blank but that having it cut is an additional $50. Please understand, these people can't be trusted and are the MASTERS OF BAIT AND SWITCH WHICH, BY THE WAY IS ILLEGAL! Ford, please feel free to contact me to apologize and give my husband a refund.
Kurt Rodriguez did a fantastic job in helping us purchase our new Ford Bronco Sport. He was very professional and helpful in our recent purchase of Bronco Sport. Kurt was respectful of our time frame and we felt no pressure at all about our purchase.
Recently brought in my F-250 to be serviced/repaired. There was a recall for the rear camera because it is blurry. They claimed to perform the recall but it was still blurry. There was also a recall for the rear door which we got done. Leaving this dealership, the door and window and window would not operate. In addition to this, they lost the keys to our wheel locks and had to remove them. They stated that they would replace our wheel locks but I have yet to receive them. I have tried calling to request a status on them but have not been able to get a response. I took my Ford to the Jim Vreeland Ford in Buellton and they stated the door and window did not operate because it was left disconnected. They also stated the camera parts are on back order.
Took our truck in for a tailgate issue. They butchered it and took it for a joy ride somewhere in the mud. Then had to take it to Sunnyvale Ford where they found the butchering problem. It ends up costing Almost $1600.00 to fix. Which Santa Maria Ford is now paying for. Very bad. I will not go again nor do I recommend Santa Maria Ford!
Vehicle was fixed and ready exactly as promised. Car was also fully charged without asking great service
I highly recommend Santa Maria Ford for all your service needs. I own two ford's and only take them here. They do honest dependable work!
Santa Maria Ford has always been very thorough and efficient when it comes to service on my Ford Edge. They always keep me informed on the next service I will be needing and keeps my car in great running shape. The service department has very cost effective prices and always has my vehicle ready when they say it will be ready. I love Santa Maria Ford.
