Great customer service. Very friendly. I dropped a couple stars because the parts department never answers the phone. Not just once or twice but all the time. Tony always answered. I kept 3 stars because they have a good mechanic that has been there for years.
I hope management notices.

One of the best shops on the central coast. I don't even own any bikes of the brands they sell, but I will forever shop here because of the staff and SO many other reasons.

I've been to the service department 3 times to get pricing rebuilding my engine. Asked for help getting some cams done. They take my name number and email, and I never hear from them again. I recently purchased a bike from them, and they are not really motivated to sell bikes. I'm pretty sure their policy is "the price is what it is, buy it or dont. " Evan was helpful during the sale process, but I was unable to reach him after the sale. This was my first bike dealer purchase, I'll probably shop around for my next one.

Was there more by accident. It was just being grilled and I was able to snag a super delicious meal with steak, beans and salad for a mere USD 5.00. Very nice people and great atmosphere

Shout out to Evan. Bought a 23' Honda Rebel 500 SE. He gave me a good price, helped me through out the entire transaction. Thanked me for being a customer. Everyone was super nice. A breath of fresh air compared to my local dealers (CalCoast and Tri County). I will ONLY buy from here from now on. Customer for life.
