Very good customer service here! I love this store, they have an incredible inventory of new and used sewing machines and accessories, notions, etc. Very nice staff too. I’ll be going back often.

I just bought a Singer Elite CE677 two days ago. I sewed a couple of baby blankets and then the machine machine just stopped like there was a jam.
IT is not a thread jam. I checked all the thread and bobbins.
I also cleaned bobbin area. The monitor had a code that read EL. Everything is plugged in and there is no visual signs as to why it would stop. It is like the motor froze. I am not happy at all about the service at your store. First of all the lady who was helping us pick out the machine was rolling her eyes at me when I asked her questions and had a really bad attitude. She would not be working with the public, because of her I really would not come back to your store if I did not have this problem with the machine. I came to your store thinking I would get great service and friendly people. I am very disappointed in the machine and the service, I called at 5pm Friday evening to talk to someone about this problem. I got no sympathy from the lady who sold us the machine she just said " WE ARE CLOSED" I Told her the problem and she said "YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO COME IN ON MONDAY" no sorry or anything, I am not happy about the machine breaking, but the service is horrible.

An amazing array of sewing machines, sergers, embroidery machines, accessories, sewing needs. A very experienced staff. Best price on the machine I bought by far in this area. Michael has been in the business a long time, knows his products. Locally owned. Highly recommended.

I called the store to check on the Bernina sewing machine I saw on their website for sale. The sales person knew nothing about it then told me the store had the same machine on sale but it was a higher price and it was a floor model. She acted like the sales price on their website was not real.
It made me mad and I thought she was totally unprofessional in her responses to me. After reading the reviews on this store I am not going to buy anything from them. They need to get their act together and start treating customers better.

If I could give a zero I would have. I originally took my machine in for a repair in July, was not ready until 12/16/2020. I was helped by Barbara the problem with the machine sewing backwards when turned on was clearly written on the work order.
When I was called to pick up the machine 7/20/20 I paid $180 for the servicing, how ever the machine was still sewing backwards.so I came immediately back with the machine. I was not offered to test the machine while I was there to insure the machine was properly repaired.
Long story short, I called about a month later and nothing further had been repaired on my machine. When I finally got an estimate I was told that 2 parts about $15 each were needed. When that did not correct the problem I was told I needed a circuit or mother board that would be about $50. When I came to pick up I was being charged $310 for all the repairs when I already paid $180.00. So I had to leave the machine there. I was not told I would be another labor charge. The machine did not cost much more then $500, so why would I have agreed to pay a total of $500 in repairs. Basically I am being charged $180 twice for service and I have my receipt in hand for the first charge. Was my machine even serviced in July? Also I was told several times my parts were on back order and that is why it was taking so long, however after an investigation, a more likely explanation for delay in getting the parts needed is because Santa Maria Sewing superstore likely has outstanding invoices that needed to be paid before Babylock would send them anything.
Thank you, Michelle

I went to get info about the services that they have for the public. I received a good and friendly service.

Took machine in to be repaired, They said would be ready in a week. Called and said not ready, After 2 weeks went in just to pick up because no one had called or given us an estimate. They couldn’t find it for 30 minutes and then told us the cost. Gave us some really stupid excuses for not calling with estimate or that it was ready. Very poorly run.

I am a sewing novice and my sewing machine is a humble one. I took my sewing machine in because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and I thought maybe it needed to be serviced. The staff took a look at my machine to assess what the problem was. Turned out to be a very easy fix and I was on my way! Because of their honesty and great customer service they have my business for life. Thank you!
