When I first became pregnant with my first pregnacy I found my provider at this clinic. I ended up miscarrying at 12 weeks. The support I would describe as bare minimum and the staff was very cold. Just because it's common doesn't mean it should be treated like no big deal. It's a BIG deal. My baby died.

I really struggled with my mental health afterward and I feel that everyone going through pregnacy loss should be given resources for mental health support. I had to ASK for it, months later. It should be automatic for any pregnancy loss! I've since found a different provider.

I’m only giving this place one star because I can’t go any lower than that. When I became pregnant with my second child I thought this would be a good clinic to go to because of this place had the most women providers. Every appointment I had was with a different person, which made it extremely difficult to have a more personal experience. The clinic staff will tell you they do that so you will feel more comfortable seeing different people, but they don’t want to deal with scheduling you with one provider. Also expect your appointment to run later than scheduled.

If you have to have a referral to be seen at this clinic they will probably loose your paperwork. The front office staff is extremely rude, especially if you have to call the office, you can count on being on hold and then hung up on.

Some of the Drs there are extremely pushy and will test you for things that aren’t necessary, if you have questions about any of it expect to be pressured into agreeing with them. The care was so impersonal that I took out a loan and hired a midwife. I was supposed to go from every other week appointments to weekly. I never made anymore appointments during my last trimester and never received any follow up phone calls to schedule.

If you can avoid this clinic you should.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff here are so incredibly rude. They always answer their phone with such attitude. I have asked several times to have a female doctor and every time they have ignored my request. I asked several times if they could fill my prescription and was told in a snarky voice “the doctors don’t just sit around at their computer ya know”. Okay great thanks for the tip….

Their patient care is horrible and I hope no one else ever has the displeasure of walking through their doors.

I am new to the practice and have had a stressful pregnancy due to personal and health issues. At first, I had some experiences that didn’t help me to feel comfortable, but in ensuing appointments, I found that the staff and doctors really helped me. They were able to professionally handle when I was assertive, or even when I was difficult because of not feeling well. They helped me navigate my disability and have bolstered my confidence that I’m in good hands for my birth. I’m grateful to the nurses, staff, residents and doctors I’ve seen. Dr. Crisp and Dr. Yin have been particularly helpful. The resident doctors I’ve seen have all earned my trust and respect for their knowledge, professionalism, and capability.

If people never want to have kids again, recommend this place. I've had nothing but an awful experience here and if I decide to have any more kids, I will be sure to not go here.

I was referred by a GP, so i called four times and was on eternal hold. That is a good sign of what kind of service i will receive. Back to the GP for another referral.

I really wish the Central Coast had more options besides Dignity. My wife and I are expecting our third child but this is our first with dignity. They do not come close to Kaiser in terms of care, follow up or customer service. This place sucks.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could.
Easily the worst customer service, their receptionist Karla is incredibly rude. I had an appointment scheduled for sometime today but forgot the time (I made it about a month ago since they're so booked out, which is understandable with the pandemic). I have been trying to call their office all this week leading up to it to simply ask my appointment time. More often than not, the line rings for a while then I get a busy signal. The couple times I have managed to get through to a person, Karla answered the phone and puts me in a hold that never gets picked up. The one time Karla actually did answer my call right away, I was in the middle of telling her what I needed and she hung up on me in the middle of my sentence! So today is my appointment, I've been calling all morning with no answer. Karla finally picks up, and I flat out say "I literally just need to know my appointment time for today", she says "hang on a second", puts me on hold and hangs up on me. What a joke. Well I hope your job is easier now Karla, because I'll be finding a new doctors office now. And I’ll be reaching out to the Patience Experience Department about you. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this place.

I was pretty nervous about my appointment due to all the negative reviews.but the staff was nice and the doctor I saw, Dr. Yin, was wonderful. She was very helpful and really seemed to want to help me. Will see how the rest of my appointments go.

The doctors I have seen are good, but I need to have a procedure done and have been waiting for 3 weeks for their scheduler to contact me. In that time I have called multiple times. More often than not, the phone rings with no answer or I’m placed on hold for an extended period. 3 times I was actually able to speak to someone and was told the scheduler would call me back. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. Seems like they need more office staff to keep up with influx of patients.

Made an appointment to get my BC implant removed that was booked out a month away because that’s all they had. The girl who made my appointment never put it in their system apparently and I got turned away when I went in. Got my primary to handle that issue after some authorizations had to be sent out. Made another appointment 2 months later (that my primary couldn’t do in office because of insurance) that was booked out a month and a half because once again that’s all they had. Then I call because I didn’t get a confirmation and they had cancelled my appointment because the doctor I was scheduled with quit. They never called me to tell me this. So here I am out 2 hours I could have been working. What a joke.

They never answer the phone the 3547101 goes straight to busy signal. I was able to find another number. They answer and put me on hold. I waited 20 minutes and hung up. Called again and put on hold again. I waited 10 minutes and hung up terrible service

What kind of medical facility has their phone lines play a busy tone with no other way to reach staff during their supposed hours of operation? I tried to call this office for over an hour and a half with no success. Can't leave a voice-mail or send an email. Literally no alternative way to reach them. That's very concerning, especially if you're pregnant and needing some kind of efficient communication.

If you are a new mom, I do not recommend this place.they have very poor service and you don't have a permanent doctor throughout your pregnancy. You are assigned a different doctor every time you have an appointment. You won't have that relationship with a single doctor because you will get who ever is available at the time of delivery. This place leaves a lot to be desired and they charge you 25 dollars for the PFL. The front desk and the doctors need to work on their communication. I had to repeat myself everytime i went in. I felt like a new customer every single appointment. They take forever to help you. The front desk needs to work on their service and be nice and explain in detail when we as a customer have a question. As a new mom i was hoping to have a great experience but this has been the baddest experience ever. I am NOT referring this place to my friends and family for sure.

Had reasonably ok care for the duration of my pregnancy. However, their post partum admin processes leave much to be desired. I delivered on 8 Oct and began immediately asking about FMLA paperwork for my job. No one could give an answer. I was discharged and told to get it done at the clinic. I had a one week post partum appointment and brought the paperwork with me. Spent 15 minutes face to face with the doctor, to get told to give it to the front desk staff. So, I do. I get told it costs 25 dollars to get this form filled out. I shell out 25 bucks. Tell them I need it back th next day. I call to find out if its done to get told the girl I have it to has left for the day and no one knows where my paperwork is. This is beyond infuriating! She says the form might be with doctor, you know who was with the doctor? ME, I was in her office for 15 minutes yesterday with form! It is that hard. It's a 2 page document, takes literally 3 minutes to fill out! I shouldn't have to ask 10 different people how to get this done. I also shouldn't get told that it will be done the next day and then it not be done with zero answers as to why it's not done.
