I just love Dr Marks she is so caring and loving with all her patients and takes time with her patients if you have a question she answers it very quickly I love all her staff especially Sylvia she has helped me through so many issues and everyone else is there for you I just love this place thank you Dr marks and your staff for all that you do keep up the great work you do

I am so very glad I found this office and Dr. Marks. She is the most kind and knowledgeable doctor. She actually cares about each patient individually. She takes her time with each patient which may require some what of a wait. When it is your turn she is only focused on you. Also as your health improves she gets so excited which just means she cares. The staff at this office are all wonderful. I at times can be quite a pain. Love love love this office.

This place is a joke. The doctors are clueless and the dogs up front are worthless. They just sit around gossiping like frogs drinking their Starbucks and their nasty long nails. So rude and treat you like dirt. Also will bill you for random things and not give you an explanation of why and that the only person who can help you is there but busy and won’t be able to help you because they are flat out lazy. I honestly don’t know how this place is still operating. I would rather get medical treatment from a homeless person.

Brought my mom in who is in active kidney failure right on time for her appointment. After chatting with someone near by, their appointment was 30 minutes after my moms, but they got to their appointment early over 30 minutes early. Well he got taken back before my mom and we waited another 30 minutes. So don’t understand why he would get taken back first just because he decided to come to his appointment very early and my mom in kidney failure had to wait around an hour after her appointment time to even be taken back when we were on time for her appointment. Extremely unprofessional and just rude.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here and I would not like to say anything negative about the Dr who attended me however seemed more like a rapid clinic to me than an actual consultation and primary care physician. Opted to find another primary cared Doctor where they will provide me with the care I deserve and I am paying for and not suffer thru pain as I am currently doing so.

This clinic is the Best all employees very attend to the patients the 100% best is Doctor Catherine Marks I really appreciate all she Did for me I recommend to anyone 100%any aany

Santa Maria clinic is by far the best doctors office I’ve ever visited. The staff is very welcoming and Dr.marks is amazing! I’ve never felt more comfortable at another health care provider.
