Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
I had a scab that wouldn't go away, went to the derm here and they said to "keep an eye on it" and it kept getting worst and they wouldn't see me during covid bc it wasn't an "emergency. " Fast forward to two weeks ago and I ended up getting a concussion and see my general physician who noticed it right away and immediately did a biopsy and it was cancer. I've also shown up when my appointment was "cancelled" on their end with no calls - that means driving the 30 minutes there, parking, being in a hospital during covid only to have to walk out.
DO NOT GO HERE!

I see Dr. Paul Smith. He is by far the best dermatologist out there. I have acne rosacea with rhinophyma and we have created a regimen for me to take when I feel like I'm getting an outbreak and it has prevented me from getting another serious outbreak again. Dr. Smith is a lifesaver to me and and I am truly thankful for him and his staff. Dr. Smith also takes the time to listen to all my concerns and makes me feel better every time I speak to him. You won't be disappointed if you go there. Thank you so much Dr. Smith and staff P.s. My boys love going there

Chic urban oasis, lots of variety on the spa menu to choose, Instagram worthy decor, went to celebrate a special occasion and it felt special! Only wish they had more space felt a bit crowded. Sigh that's NYC for ya.

This place is absolutely enchanting. I very rarely leave review on yelp, but I need to tell the world how amazing the masseuse Michael truly is. He gave me by far the BEST massage I've ever had. Truly a talented man! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love staff and Doctors, very warm and make you feel so comfortable. Very knowledgeable and have been going there for the last 10 years.

I’ve been coming here for almost four years now, these doctors really know what they’re doing and are so kind. My skin is looking insanely better, I’ve gone from having chronic cystic acne to virtually no acne in approximately 4 months. Don’t know what I’d do without them, I’m so extremely greatful. Highly recommend going here:)
