I had an exceptional visit with Dr Kim but a truly bizarre experience with the office staff afterward. Dr Kim prescribed an at-home sleep test administered by a third party, which I received and completed without issue, but when I tried to follow up on my results I was told repeatedly that there was no record of my test and that the office did not prescribe home testing. I finally had to track down my results myself and have them sent to the office to prove that I had taken a test and needed my results interpreted. I have had almost two months of continued poor sleep while trying to convince the office staff that my test results existed.

Impossible to set up an appointment. The phone mentions that you can use text to set up an appointment, I selected that and never received a text. I call back and get sent to voice mail. I left a message and did not get a call back. I have called 4 separate times now and have been sent to voicemail every time.

This place is a "CPAP mill". You're better off finding an actual sleep expert.

I went in for my first appt thinking I'd have a conversation about my issues with the Dr but no, I was just handed a plastic bag with a really old test gizmo for a at home sleep test and told to return it the next day.

The device barely worked and fell apart during the night, so the test was inconclusive. Three weeks later I go back for the follow up. After an hour long wait I'm asked by the PA "so what brings you to the clinic? ".

Dr. Norman is simply terrific. The only drawback is the office's difficulty in corresponding with Canada

Very grateful for Dr. Norman’s help in many ways. Dr. Norman and his staff are terrific. Also appointments have always been on-time for the many years I’ve seen Dr. Norman, and I’ve never felt rushed-out-the-door.

Dr Daniel Norman is the one I trust for my sleep apnea issues. He has very competent people working for him. I am scheduling a sleep study at his clinic and I look forward to getting the latest CPap machine to help me breathe during the night and not snore.

Making an appointment was efficient. I was seen on time. But mostly, Dr. Norman was fantastic. He did a great evaluation and left me with a treatment plan, with options, that was right to the point. The total experience was excellent.

Dr. Norman is a life-saver! I have been suffering from insomnia, sleep apnea and sleep paralysis for some 20 years. The symptoms have eased for the sleep apnea and sleep paralysis. I do not suffer from insomnia anymore. I would recommend him to my friends in a heartbeat.

Employees in the office were very helpful and professional. Dr. Norman was amazing, he spoke with us and we never felt rushed.
Dr Norman explained everything to us clearly and left without questions,

This is a review for trying to get an appointment as a new patient, and I would give zero stars if I could. The website says you can book appointments 24/7 online, but when you try to, for a new patient it just says call this number. When you call the number it says do you know you can book appointment through text. So when I did that, the response I received was call our office to book appointment. So I called again and went through two different rounds of phone menus, to finally get connected to the front desk. The person who picked up gave me extremely rushed, fast paced 3-4 word answers. Short sample of conversation, hopefully so the doctor sees this and trains their staff better, to not have so much attitude.

She said the doctor is not available till march (~1.5 months), so book with their nurse practitioner instead. I said this is my first call, I am new patient, can you give me a bit more information on how this works? I am not sure if I should see the nurse practitioner or not, so could you please share more information so I can make the decision. I am fumbling a bit, confused at the snappy short responses and the lack of any interest in helping me.
She "doctor is available March 9th, do you want it? "
Me" I am really looking for more information, I was referred by my pcp. Maybe I should find some center that is willing to provide information and chat with me. I am just trying to.

Awful attitude and should not be in healthcare. If you scroll to read through reviews, all new patients seem to have horrible experiences with the office staff. Lot of 5 stars with just a sentence or two saying Doctor is great, makes me question the validity of the overall rating. Do not waste your time here. Find someone who respects patients.
