Santa Rosa Community Health -- Dutton Campus

Yea idk says here open 8: 30am but when I arrived at 9am they’re closed? Good stuff. Love wasting gas but then they called hours later saying they’ll be open till 5pm? ?

Terribly run, not sure how they haven't gotten into legal trouble yet. Doctors and psych department constantly fail to respond to messages (it's been > 1 week since I left a message to the psych dept), current doctor is consistently 30+ min late and last appointment lasted 3+ hours (me mostly waiting), failed to provide a transcript of appointment when I asked multiple times for one, and my current doctor expects me to do her job on hunt people down to see what forms I need to sign in order to get proper care from her. I shouldn't have to book half of my day off and lose wages because of how inadequate this place is run. Never go here if you value yourself.

Went to the er in december for urinary tract pain.still haven't seen a doctor for a follow up. February is next week.

They are great, I’ve gone to them my whole life pediatrics and now adult.the issue i have now that i’m an adult is they never ever answer their phones/get back to their messages (if they do it’s weeks after/make appointments without my knowledge.but i’m sure they are busy and that is why.

I'm a pain management patient. My doctor forgets to send out my prescriptions. He also fails to respond to my messages. During multiple occasions, I called the clinic, was transferred to patient services. All that patient services were able to do was to leave more messages for my provider which go unanswered. There is no way to speak with anyone that can actually help. This doctor is completely unprofessional and has no business working with patients.

Seriously if anyone is planning to start service here please! Save you money, time and teeth because from the beginning it's been rock bottom with appointments here i have lost teeth due to them never there negligence of never filling me in when need all they do is make it ok for one to wait for months but cancel you appointment when 2 minutes late now to the issue i am having i went in July for a teeth extrusion and I was told by the dentist to first take antibiotics which she prescribed and to make sure I given an appointment asap instead I have been
denied to see any other dentist yet my teeth is getting worse and more Infected i have been calling but no success because I hear I have to wait for dentist who doesn't have availability at all now I am having headaches and my up mouth is all swollen from the tooth and gum infiction yesterday when I called after speaking to my insurance nurse last week she advised me to call them one more time because it's not ok for my infection to speed just because I am waiting for a certain dentist so I tried calling them again yesterday only to be told that it's the supervisor to decide on that wow these unprofessional no one has to go through what I have experienced with this clinic because they only reach out after mistakes and try to pretend fixing it when it's too late now I have lost over 4 teeth due to there recklessness now this is teeth 5 its really sad how people with no compassion in the medical industry save your teeth and pain you will be made to go through like me now I can't eat due to the pain

Since the changes and the new Dutton facility opened I've had nothing but good experiences here the docs I had today were all amazing and helped me threw some anxiety I was feeling and explained everything to me in a way I really understood I appreciated that alot they were super patient with me and let me have my emotions without trying to rush me threw just to get to the next person I've been rushed there alot of things before so this was a nice change of pace thank you to my team today you all rock

This is the most efficient facility I have been to. Sybil is the most wonderful provider. I live her so much. She goes above and beyond for my care.

My questions and treated me with respect, and I really appreciate that, Thank you. The only bad thing I can said is that to get the next appointment is more far of was I expected, but with all this Covid still on, probably is not easy for them as well

I came in for my appt, wich was @3: 45, got checked in and they call me right away. I only waited in the exam room for just a couple of mins, when the doctors assistant came in and check blood pressure. Staff really nice attitude, i can highly recommend the clinic. Mt doctor Julie kiser has been my doctor for over 5 yrs. She is amazing!

I’ve been going to Dutton Medical for more than a few years.when I first went I had a different doctor. I didn’t like her and she often gave me a hard time about things when I would talk about something that bothered me. I have a mental health condition and it’s not easy for people to deal with me all the time. I signed up for an extra service and when I went to that appointment the doctor that was doing it noticed that I also was not feeling very well. She immediately asked me who my doctor was, looked at my Files and signed me on as her patient. I’ve been seeing her for about two years maybe a little more. I’ve lost almost 100 pounds, I have my asthma under control and the machine for when it’s not that I didn’t used to have and I feel really comfortable talking with her about any of my conditions that she keeps a good eye on.it has helped me to manage well. I’ve also taken a lot of their educational classes, and exercise classes too. Through them I’ve also seen a podiatrist and a chiropractor. But best of all I like the OMT that my Dr.does to help me manage chronic pain. My health has improved so much with her help. I would recommend Dutton Medical to anybody who needs medical help in the greater Santa Rosa area I also like that they see children and mothers and pregnant ladies. Thank you Dutton Medical.

I have been using the Santa Rosa Health clinics for over a decade. I just want to say most of my experiences are positive. It did take sev years to find a Dr that could help me with my long list issues. She is more abreast of the latest info about Western and Naturopath medicine than any Dr I have ever met. Thanks to these clinics I have had an opportunity to receive treatments or medication I could not otherwise afford.
That being said, these are low cost clinics, the appointments are very short and all the Drs, NPs, and Nurses work incredibly hard. They are over run, and now even more so. There have been issues in the past, but I am in no hurry to go anywhere else.
Wether you are poor or just need affordable care these are excellent clinics that do their best to take care of anyone that walks thru their doors.
So if you have to wait in a line, or have to wait for a Dr a fewminutes longer than you would have liked [aghast] remember these people are putting in long grueling days to take care of us. Show them kindness and compassion and be understanding.

If a Dr here is mean to you or treats you in some way that is unnaceptable, get a new one! [There was 2 I had issues with, so I got new ones! ] There are many! And the Nurse Practitioners can also help you. Dont be afraid to ask for a different one until you find the right one who gels with you and your issues. It does take time tho.

With those caveats outof the way, these clinics see alot of people so be patient.its usually worth it. I have saved tens of thousands of dollars going here, that I did not have. My lifeis much better because of the care I receive here.

The team here is great! Especially Lupita and the girls at the front counter & the dental side of the place. But we can’t thank enough to Dra. Patricia she is so thoughtful and understands every life moment & has so much patience!

Dutton Medical offers great medical care for folks with disabilities. They understand the unique issues these folks face. I am so appreciative of their care!
