Santa Rosa Endodontics, Ukiah CA

I went to Santa Rosa Endodontics for a root canal of a molar. Santa Rosa was a 4 hour drive (one-way) but it was worth it. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. It would have been months before I could get into the endodontist nearer to my home. I found Dr. Sah to be good at explaining what he was doing. He was careful and efficient in getting the treatment done.

I came back to see Dr. Sah in the Ukiah office recently to check on the tooth with the root canal as I was having some discomfort. Once again, I was able to get an appointment within days of when I called. He spent time looking at the X-ray from a local dentist and pointed out that all three roots had been successfully treated there were no signs of any issues. He took time to answer my questions and checked the contact between the opposing top molar and the bottom molar that had been treated. I left the office feelling relieved that the root canal treatment was not the cause of my discomfort. I now think my discomfort may be due to my bite guard that likely needs adjusting now that I have a new crown on the treated tooth.
I found the front desk staff at the Ukiah office to be friendly and very helpful at getting my appointments set up. I also found the dental technicians at both offices to be very friendly and good at providing a calm atmosphere when I felt apprehensive.

I had to have a root canal re-treated and went to Dr. Loxley after excellent recommendations. I've had over twenty root canals, and this amazing Dentist and this office did the BEST JOB EVER. They offer conscious sedation, which I tried, and I have absolutely no memory of the work being performed. NONE! Debbie, an assistant, went out of her way to make me comfortable and at ease. If you need a root canal, this is there place to go! THANK YOU SANTA ROSA ENDODONTICS!

Let me start with I am petrified of dentists.
This team of individuals are friendly, professional, efficient, and best of all. I felt no pain during my root canal. A true blessing! Very caring team of individuals. I would highly recommend them.

Santa Rosa Endodontics went above and beyond in ensuring certainty about which treatments I might need, what didn't need to be done and what I should keep an eye on. Dr. Sah was thoughtful and clear in explaining what was going on and everyone on staff was super friendly and kind. I very much appreciated the experience!

I went to the Ukiah office for a root canal and whenever I go someplace new for a procedure I get extremely anxious and nervous. Those feelings went away almost immediately when I walked in the door. Nowadays customer service seems very unimportant to most businesses, but not here, everyone of the staff that I talked to was genuinely warm and kind. Before the root canal, everything about my procedure and the cost was explained to me up front. They made me very comfortable and the procedure was done so quickly! What I thought would be another horrible dental experience, turned out to be amazing.

I had the ‘dreaded’ root canal but it really wasn’t so dreadful and Dr Loche and her assistant Diana were a great team at getting a tough tooth done. I didn’t have pain afterwards and my tooth is fine, now. I am so grateful! Thank you! The girls at the front desk were welcoming, too.

I went here for a consultation. Was very easy to make an appointment. Staff was very friendly and doctor seems to be knowledgeable. I did not have to do any work but overall experience was excellent. I will defiantly return to this office when my root canal needs work.

Very clean office with lovely helpful people. The Dr/Specialist showed me my tooth problem and suggested how I should proceed. Everything was explained in detail and I was given my 3D xray on a CD.

From the front office to everyone working with Dr. Shal I had the best experience, never felt any pain and everyone was very Knowledgeable and I knew everything that was going to happened before any procedure was done.
